“Frank's Home Hardware is a treasure. I have had excellent service every time I have stopped in, but today they truly went above and beyond. I was having an issue finding the right size piece to re-secure a door handle. They immediately identified that the issue was that the threading was not consistent all the way through on the handle I had brought in.The two people helping me suggested a solution, and one of them took the handle home with him, (on his lunch break!!), to re-thread it for me.
