Tried to kick my grandmother out of the store for bringing her service animal. When we told the manager it was her service animal he said that she needed to carry the dog because having the dog in the cart and on the store floor was "unsanitary". He then proceeded to stand there and continue to try and make us leave, I ended up having to tell him to leave us alone because it was clearly bothering my grandmother. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be going here again.

Store is clean and well-stocked. Produce is very fresh. Great selection. Good sales. Cashiers very friendly.Update: Shopped on March 13th, and it was a terrible experience.First off I was in the Produce Department when my buggy wouldn't move.I told a staff member there and he watched the groceries I already had in that cart.I then left the store, paid for another buggy, and returned to Produce.Very inconvenient.In addition to this, some of the shelves were bare.Unsure why this is so contrary to the other times I've shopped here.Cashier was friendly and efficient though, and I was able to enjoy good sales and good prices.

The shelves are always full you can ask anyone on the floor if you can't find anything and they'll take you right to it not just point. The girls at checkout are fantastic and I think the food overall is very good. I trust Brandon's.

They're vegan/plant based food options are getting very limited and they're prices have gone up so much, I shop at Sobeys for some products as the prices are lower.

This place is absolutely horrible! The way they treat their staff and the the expired food on the shelves is absolutely disgusting and ridiculous!? Does the owner honestly think this is okay?? Any and all interactions I’ve had here was not enjoyable. Don’t recommend anyone shopping or working here.

Bad business on Brandon’s end, dirty store, ignorant employees, expired food on shelves, I know this from personal experiences. Brandon is rude to employees in front of fellow employees and customers. I will never shop this No Frills again. Brandon needs some classes and class itself! Shame on you Brandon! Had to give a star or I couldn’t post, there were no negative stars.
