They need to be shut down
The incompetence is rampant
They put me in the hospital as I was given the wrong medication
I was told it was the med I needed
I trusted them to know what they were doing
My mistake
I took my business to Mathesons Pharmacy and am much happier with their expertise
From reading Boggios reviews I see this isn't an isolated incident
I loved Boggios before the owners retired

Anyone requiring home health products, particularly mobility aids, such as scooters could not do better than to deal with either Krystle and/or Gord both out of the Port Colborne location.
Having just moved to the Niagara Region and being very dependent on my mobility scooter, it became an urgent matter when my scooter broke down.
Not knowing who to call I tried a number of home health firms all with indifferent results.
One of my caregivers suggested Boggio.
This recommendation could go on for many pages, but suffice to say the kindness, compassion and sense of urgency shown by Krystle & Gord has made this sceptic a firm believer that old fashioned customer service is still alive and resides at Boggio!!

I was at the pharmacy at a very busy time. Delaine, at the prescription pick-up area, remained personable and organized. Pharmacist Pam K. looked after a medical issue I had in a caring and professional manner. Service has been a bit bumpy the last while due to personnel shortages, but it looked like levels were back to normal now, based upon the number of staff I saw while waiting for my prescription to be filled.

The last time I went to the pharmacist and picked up prescription for my mom, and I bought aspirin, nose spray, and magnesium and calcium and vitamin d, all for my mom and myself.

I had an elderly family member come in here to pick up a prescription. They needed a few extra moments to be heard and have medications explained.
We have switched pharmacies. It is unacceptable to be rude and not take the time needed with patients of all ages in this industry.

What a joke! Literally have gone here 2 times and both times my script wasn’t ready even after calling and confirming it was. They are disorganized and just seem to not even care. So disappointing.

I used to go to shoppers for my scripts but nothing ever goes right over there, and the staff is unbearable.This place is far better. Not only do they handle my scripts efficiently, but everyone there really knows their stuff, and they're quite warm and welcoming.

Thank you to Andrea for helping fill my grandson's prescription this morning. It was a pleasure dealing with someone who understood the urgency. Boggio's is very lucky to have such a kind, caring and helpful employee.

Would give zero stars if possible, so unorganized and are never on the ball as a pharmacy. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere

I have been going to Boggios for over 30yrs and I will not go anywhere else they always take care of my needs and if any problems they work with me to solve them no matter how much time it takes never had an issue so if u want a great drugstore that has almost anything u need this s it

Only giving a star because it makes you . Super rude pharmacy staff , constant issues with prescriptions and constant errors. Worries me for the people of the community
