This Foodland is well ran. Usually have someone performing nice tunes at the entrance. Have a wide variety of items to suit everyone’s needs. Clean and friendly workers!

They refused to refund a tub of ice cream that had curdled. The manager instead instructed us to call the manufacturer. When we questioned their unwillingness to stand behind their products the manager described a recent, similar situation with key-lime pies that the store handled the same way. Bizarre!

Cute grocery with a wide variety of things you'll need. We were camping in the nearby area and shopped here. We got food, books to read, plus fun camping game activities. Friendly cashiers, too!

Well organized and clean. Good selection. Pretty well priced for cottage country but seemed to
be more expensive than Sobeys in Gravenhurst. Loved the checkout. Pro-actively got people through the checkout, asked if we needed bags and offered to pack! What a welcome change. ?

We’ve purchased rotten meat here and told management and it was still on the shelf being sold a few days later, prices on shelf sometimes don’t match the price at the register (more expensive), the store itself is 30-40% more expensive because they’re the only big store in town.
I recommend Field of Greens next door or Bracebridge.

No respect for delivery drivers who brings food, that street gets so busy during the day and delivery drivers have no other option to park on the sides to do their jobs. I literally saw foodland employees calling bylaws and make them giving parking tickets to all these drivers. I mean, we all know that big trucks can’t fit in tight spots leaving behind no other options. Have some courtesy! BIG SHAME..

Took 3 staff members to get my status card registered. Old lady was muddering under her breath and didnt do it right. When i called her out she gave a lot of attitude. And started throwing my stuff on the till telling me to shop somewhere else. Not impressed at all if i did that at my job i would be fired
