I went in to buy my daughter a new outfit for Christmas and I was greeted by a lady with red hair (can’t remember her name) but she helped me find the sizes I needed.5/5 I would recommend coming here it was clean and had lovely staff.

Hello Urban Kids. I was in the store this Saturday with my grand kids and I'm very happy with my visit. I wanted to appreciate this girl who was very active on the floor and was helping everyone. She helped us with a lot of things. I wanted to tell her manager about her and turns out she is the manager. Very kind and sweet girl.i will come again definitely.

Normally, I'd not post reviews but sometimes it's one person who makes big difference to your experience and impresses you. I was at Urban Kids Pickering Town center this weekend and what an amazing experience I had with the store manager Sara. The store looks very neat and tidy and deals were pretty good too. My daughter was in a bad mood and Sara not only cheered her up but helped her choosing the clothes too. Beautiful girl with very beautiful and professional attitude. I wish you good luck. We will visit the store soon.

I have been a customer here for 4 years now, and the AMAZING ASM Nadra M and AWESOME TL Soumeiya K have always had the BEST customer service! I myself work in customer service and they have demonstrated 10/10 customer service each time I was present. Not just to me but to other customers as well! I have recommended this location to many friends and family members based on my experiences with these two individuals as well as their previous manager Chelsea ❤️

I went to the store for the first time with my daughter today. The 2 employees that where working didn't leave the cash register. Don't say hi when we walked in. I had to walk to the register to ask a question and they looked at me like I had 3 heads. I have been a store manger for over 30 years. I couldn't believe that lack of service. I hope they fix it. I won't be back

Just Very Poorly Made Non Quality designed clothes.I had just purchased a number of pieces for back to school for my children, Only for a number of clothing to have excess amounts of straps and pieces of fabric made into the clothes that are not even met to be there, as well strips that were sewn on backwards.... I Was, not even able to have my children try anything on in the store, do to the employee not wanting to take time to open a fitting room. Was such a big wast of time an money to not even get it returned back.... just for them to give you store credit for more of there poorly made clothes.WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

Great looking trendy clothing for kids... quality could be ALOT better tho (quality is not as good as the adult clothing offered there)!! Other than that, if you're looking for an outfit quick and in a hurry AND within budget for the fam, then this place is great.

Good selection, some items a little pricey. Staff was helpful to a point, it was just about closing time so I think the customer rep was concerned with finishing quickly to close up.
