Terrible customer service! I called them to get a quote for our upcoming move and was told to arrange a video appointment. The appointment was arranged for one week after my intial call but no one followed up to confirm the appointment. When the appointment day came, I had to call them and spoke to Ava. She advised the appointment was to proceed and that they would immediately send me a text to initiate the call. I waited 30 minutes and did not receive a text or phone call. I called them back and spoke to Ava again and told her that I was waiting for the text/call. Ava lied by telling me she had called me and texted me and had left a voicemail. I was sitting in front of my phone the whole time waiting and never received any notification whatsoever. Of course the appointment could no longer be kept and she wanted me to reschedule but after the really shoddy service, I was no longer interested. If this is how this company treats customers looking for estimates, I have to question the quality of the actual moving service as well.

The moving and packing team, led by Dwayne, were OUTSTANDING. Hard working, customer focused, and furniture caring were excellent. Bina in the office was wonderfully helpful, and knowledgeable with my many questions, and very customer focused. An outstanding move.

on what was a stressful day for us, once the movers arrived , and told us , "we got this" they just did what they do, and from the pick up of our home, to the delivery at our new home, they were Fast, Polite and Mindful to put our stuff in the rooms where they were needed. First rate those Pickering Guys.They came recommended to us, and I would recommend them now as well.

Office personnel did not take our order properly and missed out a lot of furniture pieces that were discussed - which we realized on the day of the move.The movers were even worse, bad attitude, very rude, damaged a lot of our furniture during the move, wasted a lot of time, took more than 6 hours and did not even finish moving the pieces that was listed on the invoice and we paid for it!We had to move the remaining furniture ourselves in -15 Celsius temperatures.Will not recommend to anyone!

Two Men and a Truck were great. They were able to move my armoire from the main floor to a 2nd floor bedroom. It was a narrow set of stairs and a tight turn at the top of the stairs, but they were successful. When the furniture delivery company could not get it upstairs, I thought that I'd have to return it. Thank you so much to Two Men and a Truck for moving my furniture in the difficult space.
