Literally bought a top paid and at cash realized it looked worn asked for another one and they said no so I wanted a refund and then they said only exchange. Would have been professional if she told me ahead of time you can’t return!!

Store staff Amelia and Monique are absolutely wonderful to deal with. Every experience at this location is made better because of their friendliness, knowledge and patience in dealing with customers. There should be more sales staff like them!Note: Monday, 16 Oct around 6pm, these wonderful ladies were not manning the store and instead there was another person who was the complete opposite. I hope to never run into her again.

Very Bright and well lit Store. Sells women's fashion and accessories. This chain has been around for years and has adapted to style changes. Good to see.

I have read several reviews about the same person, and also have heard several people say they have reported this same person and never heard back from Suzy Shier. Who is this woman sleeping with to maintain having this position? Fey has been a reason for many people I know to have quit working there or simply be entirely uncomfortable to enter the store. I have witnessed on multiple occasions her unprofessional spews at customers and her nasty looks. A very unhelpful, mean person. Suzy Shier as a company doing absolutely nothing about this despite years of reviews and complaints proves that this company cares nothing about their customers or service. what an awful management. Only going one star because they won’t allow me to give zero

Fay helped me and did an amazing job pulling outfits for a lady’s tea event. Now I’ve got a dress for Easter too. She was such a delight and they really do value customer service here!

I was shopping at Suzy Shier yesterday, and Amelia was amazing!! I wanted to buy a dress, and even though there was no water in the steamer to press it, she had her water bottle, and offered to use it. Her service, and helpfulness is so much appreciated!! Thank you. Christine

I've been a customer for a few years now. I shop here regularly, the customer service is above par. The clothing selection never disappoints. The clothing is fairly priced. If you're shopping at Suzy Shier, Pickering Town Center (PTC), look for Fay. Ever since I met her in the store, my experience has been even more amazing. She has an eye for fashion, she knows what style fits each figure. She is positive and patient. I always leave with bags full of amazing stuff. In June, she helped me pick out my outfits for my vacation to Mexico. I must say, I looked stunning. Thank you, Fay!
