Great customer service. Smaller sore and inventory than some staples, but the people were informed, and helped Google solutions on some of my more difficult inquiries.

I went in to pick up a fairly large coil bound document that had been ordered weeks previous. Somehow it slipped between the cracks, but Saeid (not sure of spelling) apologized and got it done for me immediately. I appreciated his fast response.

This shipping services sucks here. girl behind the counter is an airhead. Tries to nickle and dime you to use tape to paste a label. Girl tried to charge me a “tape fee” whatever the heck this lol. What a joke and giant waste of time.
For purolator shipping use other locations. @staples please teach your employees learn better customer service. @amirah You’re a joke

Slowest place to return packages, don't use staples for returns or your shipping needs. Wasted 30 mins waiting to print one label and ship a package

Train your staff .to attend to customers instead of hiding behind equipment and having the line go into the aisle, there's no sense. There's three of you guys in one section and the line is that long....

Impossible to get in contact with this location , I called several times over the course of the last 3 days, eventually I made my way to the store I even called when I was in the store and saw staff blatantly ignore the phone calls horrible customer service

How is Staples still in business. Makes you wonder just how much profit there is in printer ink. Gotta love it when there’s a massive lineup for shipping services, only one person behind the counter, and 4 other employees standing around doing nothing. Do not return Amazon purchases here. Even Canada Post is faster. Also don’t order Amazon pickups, no matter how convenient. They close early and Amazon lockers are inside. Not exactly convenient when Amazon notifies you it’s ready for pickup 3mins before close.

Manager needs to learn customer service seriously and his attitude is very rude with customer I was there for pint something he was keep asking me how many copies and told me I have 2 mins looks like I am in JK School 😂
Change Manager please else this staples will run out business soon
This is 3rd time I have to deal with same manager and his attitude is NOT good at all .
Today my last day at this store not going to go again ever with this type manager and attitude

One of the store reps there: Anthony is NOT a nice person and should not be in customer service. He blatantly lied about an item being in stock. Called the store back to have one of the reps check and the item was there. Comedic. Why lie?

i often come to this location to print posters for my work. i select “stretch to fit” which indicates the image will be stretched the entirety of the page. every single time i come in, they tell me i either “didn’t select stretch to fit” or that it is stretched. my posters ALWAYS have a large white boarder on the sides that i now have to cut off. when ordering upwards of 20 posters, this is definitely not convenient. i am a preferred customer at this location, and they refused to help me today. i asked them to reprint to make it fit to the ends and they straight up said no. extremely disappointed as this has been my go to store for a while. train your staff to not be so rude and dismissive.

Being the 2nd person in a short line means nothing at this Staples location. Either they are short staffed or inefficient. For all printing services, courier, amazon it's the same line. While she tends to laminating documents, the line just grows longer. The services shouldn't be offered if they have no staff to offer them. 2 stars for existing.
