Changing my previous 5 star review to 1 star review. I have shoes that are tight now because I can’t return them. If I literally bought them a day ago and they were uncomfortable on my feet id hope id be covered under some warranty if not a return due to them being worn for a few minutes. Now im stuck with shoes i dont want. Also the manager is super rude. Her associate who is a younger man is nice but she never helps me find my sizes, and just continuously says unfortunately I can’t instead of showing me some other shoe options in my size. It seems like you’re better off ordering online because they don’t have half sizes or checking their inventory before going and doing their job because they’re mostly useless (excluding the younger nice man who works there).

I went to the store today and the girl that was working she was not very welcoming she didn't even lift her head up to help me. When I got the item I wanted I decided to purchase it the young man told me that I would get $10 off because I had point. This girl said something to him under her breath to him and then changed his mind and said oh sorry you have to spend over $30 and didn't allow me to use my points my shoes was $29.99 . I couldn't believe it. I didn't get that girl the girl's name but she worked March 1 at around 3pm. I was very disappointed. If that's the store policy it needs to be revised.

After trying a few stores looking for winter boots, I was lucky to find 2 great pairs at reasonable prices at softmoc, but what I want to write about is Shandelle, the associate who helped me. She is knowledgeable, patient, helpful and pleasant. She continued to help me with a great attitude even after many style and size changes. Really happy with the service and the boots, thanks Shandelle!

My Dad and I each bought a pair of running shoes in the evening on October 27, 2023. The initial salesperson wasn’t the most helpful or knowledgeable of the men’s ASICS, however Caitlin (sp?) rang us up and was a delight. She was very personable, knowledgeable re: my membership, and just a nice person. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

I was there lastnight with my two toddler boys trying to buy new shoes for daycare. I was hardly greeted when coming in the store they stood behind the cash the whole time till I said excuse me. The girl that was working there seem very short. I didn’t understand toddler shose from boys shoes and she seemed very annoyed and short when I was asking for sizes hitting me with one word answers. She was hardly helpful to be very honest. I ending up spending 124$ for both shoes then the debt was down and she is like nothing I can do you can come back I’ll hold it .. and just looked at me … I suggested she take my number and call me when they were back up while take the boys to get food inside the mall. I was the one that suggested. When I left the store I headed to footlocker in the mall so upset I was just about to try on shoes there and she called and returned for a male nice guy checked me out. I feel that she needs a refresher on customer service.

Went to Softmoc Pickering today, looking for work shoes. The patience that Alex had to help, guide and find the shoes for me in INCREDIBLE. While leaving, he suggested if the shoes is still too loose, you can find a size smaller and can find it in ajax location. I mean, THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH!
