Registration for my unit was fully automated and therefore fast and efficient. The assistant manager I dealt with was pleasant and explained everything in detail. The premises is clean, bright and easy to access.

Catherine was super helpful answering all the questions I had and explained the benefits of using this facility. She was quick to register us and was very attentive to details.I ended up needing more space and Ronny was super helpful and incredibly quick at securing me an additional unit close to my existing spot. He was also super pleasant :)

I have never rented a storage unit before. I stopped into Self Storage on Granite in Pickering and Ronny made it completely easy. He was very knowledgeable, kind and extremely friendly. A very stress free experience.

Friendly staff, unit was clean indoor well lit. Minoli was very nice and helpful.I would love to give 5 stars but the door to enter the units in the back is not working properly and I've had to try up to 10 times inputting the code for the door to open.
