awful and unethical place. don’t come here. bought a mattress and was told i had 100 nights to see if i liked it. i don’t like it at all and it is nothing like the one i tried in store. i asked for a refund but now they’re saying only exchanges. no one told me that there was no refunds!! i feel totally ripped off.

We had to purchase a new mattress for our daughter as she is moving to Halifax. The staff took their time attending to us and were very helpful in guiding us towards the best option for her. Plus, it was easy purchasing a mattress in Pickering and arranging to have it delivered in Halifax! So glad to support a Canadian company! Sonia was very friendly and great helping us check out - very well organized! Thank you!

I purchased a regular sized twin mattress and platform from them. I had to wait two weeks for delivery. When they delivered the items, the platform they gave me was for an XL-twin. When I called them to tell them they made an error and delivered the wrong size, they told me I had been 'ok' with purchasing a platform that would not fit my new mattress. They told me to call customer service. I will never purchase from them again. Be very careful if you go and the sales person is named Noman or Khan.

I have chronic neck pain, so over the years I have bought many different types of pillows. 3 years ago I purchased the Bio Soy pillow which provided me with a good night's sleep, waking up refreshed in minimal pain. As my Bio Soy pillow was well used I went to the Pickering SleepCountry store to replace it. In the store, I was taken in by the Tempur-Pedic Adapt pillow brand name & bought those instead of the Bio Soy. To my displeasure & surprise, the Tempur-Pedic is the worst ergonomic pillow for a side sleeper. My head sank into the pillow & misaligned my spine. There was a gap between my head & shoulder which increased my neck pain. For the most expensive pillow in the store, I didn't get what I paid for. If you like a soft memory foam pillow & sleep on your back, this pillow will work for you. I called SleepCountry & got a store credit to repurchase the Bio Soy side sleeper pillow. Here's to another 3 years of slumberous sleep.

Unfortunately I will never deal with Sleep Country again as they are not ethically moral and value profit over the customer.I have gone through the proper channels of communication to remedy the situation but it took 10 days for the area manager to give me a call with no real solution.I have read other low rated reviews and it’s interesting that they received a reply to remedy their concerns….if the same happens here, then it’s unfortunate as this should have been handled far before things escalated to this.EDIT*** March 8th, 2023As per the below reply from your customer service team, i followed your instructions and sent an email but it has been almost two weeks and no one has contacted me yet.This is an example of poor customer relation when expectations are set. I wonder how this will play out as this further supports my original review. On lookers looking in, i hope this review serves you well prior to dealing with Sleep Country.

Recently bought "2 for 1" pillows for $260. Told salesman I wanted to try them and would be back for a bed. Was NOT informed that they could not be returned once opened. Upon contact they said it was printed on the bill - true. Any other place tells you at cash - usually by STAMPING it on the bill if there is no return. They claimed it was for sanitary reasons especially with COVID. But I was encouraged to try any sample pillow in the store by placing my head on it WITH NO PROTECTION!. Other stores - COSTCO - will take pillows back. They should be covering the pillows when people try them. After much arguing with Customer Service, I was offered and accepted a $200 gift card for the store, but no refund.

Very nice sleep country. Little bit on the smaller end but gentleman working was very helpful and knows his stuff! Was able to get two new pillows and right at closing time too!Thanks again.

Super knowledgeable staff, lots on display to try. Prices are fair and they will price match.They also have a lot of boxed mattresses to try as well (Casper, purple, etc).

Was a quick in and out and purchasing 2 sets of mattresses. The salesperson was efficient and friendly and called later to confirm delivery. Delivery was on time and everything was great.
