Being a loyal customer, i was offended when the owner told that we are a Pakistani store and we keep 80% products pakistani and started differentiating between india and Pakistan. I dont know when they will leave cheap desi mentality.Lost respect

Small East Indian grocer with Halal options. Mainly dried, canned goods. There is a small section for produce, but limited options.Layout of store seems congested, but there are a lot of options from overseas.Front door handle is broken and loose. Didn't bother checking meat counter when I saw someone just sitting down on a chair doing nothing but relaxing and yawning.

I recently stopped by Salwa in Pickering after noticing their sign from the parking lot that advertised "grocery, fruits, vegetables, etc." Upon entering the store, it became evident that the produce selection was quite restricted. Regrettably, the staff didn't offer any acknowledgment or greeting, even when eye contact was established. The store itself felt congested, with an excessive amount of stock that seemed to lack any discernible flow or organization. Ultimately, I left without making any purchases.

Worst butcher shop with the worst customer service. During mask mandate no one was wearing mask. That is the thing of the past now. Called them prior to arrival they confirmed they have the meat I wanted. Told them I was coming to pick up they gave me a okay. Upon arrival within half an hour they told me they were out of meat. And worst part was no regret, no apology, no courtesy.

Good small nook for Asian groceries . Pakistani fruits n veges are available.. sales and promotions as well . They have now hot cardamom and masala tea as well . The only drawback is the expensive meat .

Great grocery store, offering a variety of goods from spices, sauces, fresh vegetables, halal meat, sweetmeat and a variety of halal frozen precooked samoosas, shami kebabs, Chapli kebabs etc. Staff is friendly and ready to assist if you can't find a particular item. ?
