They don’t even acknowledge a customer who is waiting for 20 mins when they are busy with a customer. An angry customer exited the store after 20 mins without even get to talk to any representative.

I walked into the Rogers store to add a phone to my account. I was greeted by Mahima, who offered deals. This is not what strict me though - it was her care. She took the time to understand my needs and then ensured I got it.

To make a long story short, I am leaving the country, and as luck would have it, my phone decided it was time to die. I uber'd it to the Pickering Rogers on Kingston, only to find out their systems were down. Hopped in another uber to PTC Roger's, and was served by Mahima. I was in a bit of a panic and she was so patient and helpful. Not only did she set me up with a great new phone, she set me up with a great new payment plan. She was so courteous and helpful.

Our experience with Mahima was excellent at Lifestyle Communications in Pickering Town Center. Mahima is an exceptional sales consultant. She is very helpful and knowledgeable She explained in detail and patiently helped us choose the best phones and plans. She is an asset to Rogers.
