I only purchase from the Pharmacy here. I get great service, staff is always nice even if you're in a grumpy mood. They just get it.

I went to Rexall to mail a card this evening and was promptly greeted by a staff who was friendly, funny, attentive and helpful. I was sending the card outside of Canada and wasn’t sure how many postage stamps to use. The staff explained the process to me, showed transparency and genuine #pride to help a customer a work. Thank you! :)

Went their yesterday to pick-up my childs prescription. My daughter and I stood there waiting alone at the pick-up station for about a minute or so, without anyone asking to help us. An elderly couple walked up directly behind the counter right next to where we were standing, and Immediately the Asian pharmacist walked over and asked how he could assist them. Never once looking in my direction, I was a bit embarrassed because we were standing there first and no one acknowledged us, I then said excuse me we've been here and no one offered to help. Then the pharmacist whispered something to the cashier and then the cashier brought over our prescription, we got no pharmacist explanation and I wasn't going to asked for it, due to the pharmacist attitude towards use. I then drove to Shoppers Drug Mart down the street and asked the pharmacist there, how to properly administer the drug and what to do if my 5yrs old has any reaction to her new antibiotics. I was treated with proper customer services at Shoppers Drug Mart and I didn't fill my prescription there.

I unfortunately have to echo the myriad of terrible reviews and ratings about this location. If in-store desk opening hours not aligned with Canada Post communicated ones and pharmacy out of stock medical devices supplies were not enough, this location also features a « no care » attitude from its management !

Nastiest pharmacy assistants I have ever spoken to. Immediately switched to another one. Their attitudes and disrespect is appalling.

This location lacks an appropriate level of service and care for patients. The pharmacy won't even explain the medication or provide instructions unless you ask. This is not acceptable. The Pharm techs made numerous errors on billing. Most of the drugs they sell are generics. Better options available, take your business elsewhere where it's appreciated.

Not Happy with the Rexall Pharmacy.I dropped off the prescription and am told that they do not have it and will be ready next day. Next day goes by nothing, then I call the next day after (one day past) and am told that because I dropped off the Prescription after 6pm it takes 2 days to get it!!!If I knew this in the first place, I would have just gone else where itself. Very Unprofessional.

This is LITERALLY THE WORST PHARMACY this world has. It's really rediculous just thinking back of all the different incidents I've had with this place and it's just to much to discuss. All I can say to save time is just shop somewhere else and don't waste time going there.

This just happened to me at Rexall Pharmacy, Amberlea Plaza. I went to the pharmacy with my son at 2pm April 28, 2023 to get some facial products for his acne. While standing in the aisle and looking at the options available and price we were approach by a female asking if we needed any assistance. I told her No, we would be ok. Instead of leaving she stood for 30 minutes pretending to be on her tablet and watch us while we were shopping. This is racial profiling. I went to the cashier to pay for the items and I felt so overwhelmed, I started to cry. The cashier (Jen) asked me what was wrong and I told her about the incidentShe asked if I needed to speak to the manager and I said yes. The manager (Lisa) came to the front and I explained what happened while crying in disbelief. Jen started to make excuses for the female and made the situation even worse. No customer service skills, no empathy, no attempt to deescalate the situation. My feelings are valid and what just happened is a recollection of the situation. I told the cashier (Jen) I will not be purchasing the items and left the store crying. I went to another pharmacy and ask them to call and transfer all my medication from Rexall Pharmacy Amberlea. I spoke to my 16 yr old son who witnessed the whole incident. Discrimination is real.I lived in Pickering 15 years and I have never felt so hurt in this community or even treated like this. I will never spend another dollar in Rexall and I will tell has many people I know about this incident and I hope no one else goes through this ever again. Rexall

Instead of calling to confirm if my 9 year old could swallow pills they just filled the prescription as a capsules. When I requested a suspension they asked me to wait 10 minutes I waited 20 and still they had not started to fill it. I left and came back 3 hours later and STILL they had not completely filled the prescription so I had to wait another 15 minutes for it to be completed. I believe this to be unacceptable service as i dropped that prescription off at 10am and was unable to get it until after 5pm that day.
