My experience at the Pickering VW was fantastic. I was warmly greeted and the salesperson Sherman Dalgado took the time to understand my needs. After test drives, he clearly explained financing options. The whole process was smooth and efficient. I left feeling excited and valued a customer. If you get a chance go visit and you will find yourself in a VW with no pressure but assurance your getting a great service and vehicle.

Worst dealership ever would give it 0 stars if I could took my car in for a transmission issue quoted me for 1100 parts and labor they charged me 1900 on top of that they crashed my car while it was in there and they gave the car back to me with more issues than it started with they fixed my original issue but now my park and sport mode doesn’t work so can’t even park my car anymore without the handbrake or it rolls and it’s an automatic car not a manual and they didn’t even tell me about it they left a note in my car and they blamed it on me saying it was already broken and I know damn well it wasn’t there is a whole list of issues with this place NEVER GO HERE PLEASE

The dealership which can not be trusted.
Good experience until the sale was made after that lies and lies, nothing else. Manner less management, what do you expect when customer care VW Canada does not respond to emails, same thing is followed by this dealership. VW products are ok but their customers care is pathetic especially Pickering location, stay away as they are pretty good in lying.

We were shopping for a new suv and chanced upon VW Pickering. Amongst all the dealerships (other car brands) that we went to, this was the only dealership who attended to us without asking for assistance upon walking in the showroom. Kudos to Kyle for making our experience from beginning to driving our Tiguan home very delightful! Shout out to Corey for adding great value to the customer service provided.

Where should I start, my wife and I dropped by PVW in late March to look at the Golf GTI, Jetta and ID 4 on rainy and cold day. As we were looking Marby Guiao asked if we needed any help...he took the time to show us some vehicles and asked if we would like to look at some pricing...We were not ready to buy that day. but he took our details and we asked if he could let us know if any incentives new came up.
A few months later I received a text from Marby and we came by again and setup a test drive for an ID 4 one day and then a week or two later we test drove Tiguan. Marby was great to work with, willing to be available when were, answered all of our questions., showed us all the features of the vehicle. Great Service and he even followed up with us a couple of days later to see how it was going. I would go back again to PVW, after sales support was great as well, we also purchased some accessories and Marby helped us install them. Thanks again PVW...

Just went through the process of trading in my 2019 Volkswagen Golf for something newer. I dealt with Sherman Dalgado and he was amazing through the entire process. Sherman was very friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cared about getting me the right vehicle. Hooked me up with a 2024 Volkswagen Taos, which has been awesome and is everything I wanted in a vehicle.
