I needed some comfort shoes and this place looked like it had some. It has a good variety of styles and makes and the prices are very reasonable compared to other shops like this in other malls. I picked up two pairs of very unique shoes. Service was friendly and there are tons of styles. Just maybe they maybe not have your size as they only carry one size of each style. They have a large selection of on sale items. Will return occasionally for new styles to purchase.

I visited this incredible shoe store at the Upper Canada Mall in Newmarket this past weekend. The store had an excellent selection of quality ladies shoes. I bought a gorgeous pair of black ballet flats. They are so comfortable! Do not leave this mall without checking out this store located downstairs. It is a hidden jem. I understand the larger chains may be enticing but don't be fooled. The service was also top notch.

No refunds, exchange only. One tiny sign at the cash register and a stamp on the bottom of the receipt stating this. My wife tried to return shoes that didn’t fit less than 10 minutes after purchasing because they didn’t fit right, and was not permitted to. Horrible way to do business, but I guess in a mall where you are not worried about generating repeat customers it works.

I went here to get a pair of shoes today for my graduation and they have AMAZING shoes that you have to get.The people there were also incredibly nice so if you're a girl who's looking for a new pair of shoes, you HAVE to come here!!

This is my favourite shoe store. I always stop here first when shopping for shoes and boots. The selection is fabulous, very European, the owner is knowledge and considerate of you, the customer and your needs, and the prices are very competitive.
The quality of the footwear is fantastic, again very European. If you are looking for well made, good looking, well fitting footwear at a competitive price this is the store for you!

Purchased a beautiful pair of boots.
I needed the leather stretched through the calf area... and a service was recommended.
when it was time to pick up my boots, the owner made sure that the boots were a proper fit on me before I left the store.
Excellent service!
Owner has great knowledge of products and how to fit footwear properly!
