“After a horrible experience on Facebook marketplace and actually meeting up with these private sellers online of new mattresses only to find out upon arrival they were low budget extremely poor quality I decided to go back to Sleep Country. It's been at least 10 years since I step foot in there, but honestly I should have saved my self the time and just gone there first.I called before hand and got a hold of a customer service rep by the name of Janet, over the phone she explained all the options within my budget and what I was looking for, she wasn't pushy but more so actually trying to solve my issue of what I was looking for. That lead me into actually showing up and seeing what was being offered over the phone. When I got she went through all the details to assure I was making the right choice, again she was extremely helpful and everything was very transparent.My experience although totally unexpected was very good and I really do suggest anyone considering on getting a mattress to reach out to Janet at the Ajax location.Pickering location is meh the rep over the phone was pretty rude to me, maybe they were just having a bad day, I dunno. But my experience at the Ajax location was good.”
