I visited the LCBO store on Brock in Pickering.......worst customer Service I have ever seen.....who hires and trains these people.....I was trying to find a specific Italian wine and could not see it on the shelf.....a lady working at stocking the shelf very close to me...I approached her to ask her a question......she just kept stocking the shelf ,....so I stood there waiting for her to finish what she was doing..... then she looked up at me without saying a word.....I showed her the wine from my phonee and she Pointed down the isle and said it's down there......I said I just looked and could not see it......she reluctantly moved to walk to the place where the wine was....all along not looking or engaging in any conversation......just acting like I was bothering her...... she walked me to the location Pointed ? and did not say a word and walked away........Wow.....what a treat to deal with.......Great training and great supervision and management at this store......but does anyone at the LCBO....really care......as I never see anyone half looking like a Manager walking around

In line to purchase beer and rum, cashier at the furthest register to the right is just looking at me and my friend the whole time while already serving customers. With a weird infuriating look, I must've thought it was an age issue (as I am 24, and presented my ID) I hand him one of my cards with my age on it and he tells me it's expired. before giving him my other I.D (the one I originally intended to give him) He flipantly tells us to leave immediately and that he cannot help us. My other friend didn't even get a chance to present his I.D lol he just shook his head and looked away when my friend presented his I.D. The whole time he seemed scared or mad at us by the way he was talking, but it did make sense at the end when he really started to talk, that we both smelled liquor on his breath lol. I guess the product knowledge aspect is on point lol but clearly the customer service from the particular cashier at 6:30 october 15th 2024 is laughable as we just laughed and went to the lcbo on whites road. Seems they are a little more happier over there compared to this one worker who always troubles me or my friends when they go in!

I had an exceptional experience at the LCBO recently. Aaron was incredibly helpful in guiding me through two great scotch options for a gift, offering valuable insights that made my decision much easier. His knowledge and patience were much appreciated! After that, Tristan stepped in with his gift-wrapping expertise, adding the perfect touch to my purchase. His attention to detail and care in wrapping made the gift look even more special. Great selection of rums from my favorite places. It was busy on Friday June 28 before long weekend. But they opened up additional check out lines to keep everyone moving.

At the cash at 9:55pm and the cashier says "liquor shouldn't matter" I replied it don't matter you're open until 10pm that's your job. Tall guy with curly hair.
