It is always a pleasure to shop in the Laura store in the Pickering Town Centre. Besides having a large variety of items and sizes, I have always found the clerks to be very polite and helpful. My recent purchase of a pair of jeans was no exception. The lady helping me was outstanding, which is why I wrote this review.

Staff was extremely difficult. I tried to return a dress that I never ended up wearing to my event which had all the tags on that they were looking for. Yet, they refused to accept my return due to a ‘strong perfume smell’ that I myself could not smell. Will not be returning to shop here.

I am a regular old customer at Laura & Melanie Lyne and have mostly shopped at the Ajax, Fairview, Scarborough location in the past, which were all good experiences. However my recent visit to the Laura store at Pickering Town Centre location, has surpassed all my previous expectations of remarkable customer service and I felt so strongly that such a heart touching experience must be acknowledged!!I came to Laura on the 15th/16th of June, and was greeted by the MOST WONDERFUL MONA. She is not any ordinary sales lady or stylist. Her connection with the customer gets instantly built due to her DELIGHTFUL personality, her honest styling feedback and her willingness to go above and beyond to find the best complimenting pieces and sizes. I probably made her take 30/40 trips, but she continued being so delightful throughout.The manager here, as well as Nadiya, the other sales associate too are an asset to this Laura location, so pleasant! Thoroughly enjoyed our shopping experience, thank you soo much!

I was most impressed by Valerie 's responsiveness to us from the moment I walked in. As a person of color I don't always get good customer service or positive attention while shopping.She was very helpful in making suggestions, offering accessories to complement the choices I had made and checked in frequently.This was my second purchase from Laura in 2 days and I also received good service from the store at Oshawa Center.

Their customer service is horrible. No attention to customer service. I never get asked if I need help!! Attention to your customer base is key but they’re all blind and deaf. I will never buy a thing at this store. Full of arrogant superior sales staff!!

I highly recommend Laura's for their variety of styles from casual to business formal. Good quality too. Friendly and helpful staff that do not "hover" will make your visit pleasant. They unfortunately changed their loyalty program but still offer some perks for frequent buyers.

Had an amazing experience, I went looking for a prom dress and found exactly what I was looking for. Monique gave phenomenal service and was very helpful, she helped me try it on and made sure it fit perfectly. The dress I wanted was not in stock in my size and Monique ordered it for it to be sent to my house. It showed up 1 day later and is absolutely perfect ?

I always shopped from this location but I'll never go back again,They lie about their return policy, I brought back a shirt I got less than 14 days ago with the tag on and the recipt, and the receptionist refused to do the return, exchange or a gift card at least!Will NEVER EVER GO BACK! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.I wish I never spent a penny there.I did the return at another location and they happily did it for me.
