They just returned me 24$ store for the 100 $ jacket because they dont have it anymore
I am really disappointed with their customer service.

I was shopping the last Friday, I forgot my phone in the fitting room, I remembered after half hour later, I was so worried about it cuz it’s has lots of my kids pictures, I went back, the staff thaarakhan told me he found the phone and kept for me, I was so happy that he did it and he is such an honest person!

Possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had at this H&M ever. On July 26th just around 8:06 pm, I was shopping for a last minute top for an event tomorrow. They had this beautiful top however it was the last one of its kind and size available in the store. I spoke to an employee who then referred me to her manager “Bohvia” for more assistance. I asked him if there was any stores that had it in a size XL (since it was an L) and no stores nearby had the size I needed. So I said, Okay this shirt does fit but it’s a bit snug. is there anything you could do for this shirt? It’s the only one and I’m sure you could be able to offer discounts since other H&M stores do. He told me there was nothing he could do and was very rude and unapologetic, unprofessional & not approachable. 0/10 experience. The shirt was absolutely gorgeous and I wish he would’ve tried harder to at least give some sort of discount out of respect. I work in retail, and anytime we have one item and we’re the last store that has it, and a customer really would like to purchase it, we will give them a discount. Will not be shopping here anymore. Also the store was extremely filthy and customer were walking all over the clothes and stomping on them. This entire store looked like a Zoo.

My go-to H&M location! Found so many cute and trendy pieces for my vacation thanks to Rianne! She was amazingly helpful and was so patient with me in the fitting room. Would recommend seeing her if you are in the area! Thanks again Rianne ◡̈

Just left that store. The “manager” refused to remove the alert tag off my purchase, one that I made at Fairview mall on April 7th, but came here because it’s much closer to where I live. I showed them proof of my purchase. She said I would have to go back to Fairview Mall because I did not have the physical copy of the bill. When I asked for her name, she refused to give it to me, as did another counter employee. Will be escalating with head office, and will never shop at H&M again.
UPDATE: I called head office that same day, from the Pickering Town Centre. The representative told me that they were completely in the wrong for the way they handled this issue and the treatment extended me, that they should have removed the alarm tag from my purchase. She promptly looked up my bill and emailed it to me, and instructed me to go back to the store and request again that the alarm tag be removed from my purchase, that I was on the phone with head office. Another employee finally removed the tag for me. I was assured by head office that they would be dealing with these employees in the proper fashion.

Customer service rep, short and wearing a hijab servicing the dressing rooms around the hours of 4:30-6 ish on May 25 is completely useless. I asked her to find pants in a size medium and she said there was apparently 1 in the store. She was acting so cool and in a wannabe Kylie jenner voice started saying “It’s most likely in the place you found the xs and s”. Like if it were there, wouldn’t I have got it? Then this employee says it’s prob sold out or currently out of stock when she just told me the device says there’s one. I spent the next 30 mins looking for it or something close and obviously cause I don’t know where they usually put these I couldn’t find it. Then I went to the girl at the front sales associate 951762 on till 2 found it within 20 seconds. Thank you to that associate for being kind at front cash.

This is the worst HM location I’ve been to. Unclean and unfriendly employees. The store was extremely unorganized. They literally just place clothes from the fitting rooms to random shelves and racks. This definitely does not meet HM’s usual standards. There were many customers who needed assistance and none of us were acknowledged. After some time I gave up and left the store.

Needed to reprint a receipt from two weeks ago and the kind manager Kaelan was very helpful. He went out of his way to assist me with my issue and I truly appreciate it. Its great to see positive members like Kaelan in managerial positions.
