“Sean and his assistant were attentive and helped me find the perfect configuration within budget. The team delivered the outdoor furniture on time and in the rain. However they left one box on the truck by accident. I thought they would reschedule it for down the road. I called Sean, and he got right on it. YONAS the delivery man came back later that same night in the rain again and delivered the rest. Things sometimes go wrong, it's how you handle it that makes a difference. “After going to what feels like every store in the GTA, trying to find a bean bag for my husband, this is by far the best store. I was greeted by a lovely couple and Wolf showed me the different types and explained, in detail, the benefits of each bean bag. He even showed me the stuido where he makes them. I can understand why Wolf's bean bags feel better than the other ones I previously bought and returned. Although their hours of operation are limited it is highly worth a visit and you can call to book after hours appointments. I'm happy I found this place, and my husband is even happier; enjoying his new gaming "chair". Highly recommended, will buy from them again.”
