Stores was good in beginning stock items from South Indian and SriLanka but now it's turning to other general store.no selection from South no snack variety and stocking north food like kabob.No south veggies options.meat quality disappointing.Their restaurant don't even show on Google and food is not good as Nanatha.

I was charged the wrong price $2.29 on a bag of spinach (price tagged was $1.69).Called a store someone picked up but seems like didn’t understood english so hung the call, tried calling 6 times before heading back to store. again called twice to check if employee picks up the phone and still in didn’t picked up.after lengthy conversation (50min) or say argument as per employee they gave me refund.and still no courtesy to say sorry for my inconvenience either from employee or manager.and Yes I agree if this was my first time experience i would understand and have let it go .. but this was my third time ..So piece of advise please remember that the price you buy especially the one you think it is at cheaper rate compare to regular price you use to get before or from other stores.P.S. I agree the price tagged was labeled wrong but this was the reason i bought the product and had to drove back to get refund.

This super market was very good. Indian and srilankan people foodstuffs , what ever want got it from here. All provisions , snacks, vegetables n fruits.

Don't have a seperate way to review the takeout/bakery but you honestly ruined what was nanthas. The quality of everything is just not as good anymore, I don't know if it's a staff problem. Even the masala chai is terrible now, it's just watery tasteless, used to be so good and was the reason i would come while grabbing some snacks or kothu.The grocery is great 5/5, but this is just terrible, everything that was good is now gone, even the customer service is terrible, the amount of people that can speak english is minimal, you cant just have people that only know tamil operating the storefront. Managment should really look into improving the quality asap to keep the customer base that was nanthas customers otherwise they'll just go back to going to spiceland and other alternatives.

I wish if there was an option for zero stars. I bought some Mutton rolls and Vaddas from Fresh food city takeout as they have took over Nanthas. Its the third time we are buying food from Fresh food city takeout but the concept is totally changed from Nantha. Fresh food is selling potato rolls instead of mutton rolls. When nantha was there, they would sell the best mutton rolls and vaddas but right now its not worth it.

I am a regular shopper at your store and have generally been pleased with the cleanliness and quality of products. However, I wanted to bring to your attention a recent experience that left me quite disappointed.During my last visit, I purchased two types of fish, as I often do. Unfortunately, upon reaching home and washing the fish, I noticed a distinct and unpleasant odor. The bad smell was quite noticeable, indicating that the fish might not have been as fresh as I have come to expect from Fresh Food City Super Store. Regrettably, I had to discard the fish, and this was a disheartening experience for me.

First time visited. Very disappointed, while I was entered, a cleaning person pushing soapy water towards my feet, even while me and other customers shopping, they were keep washing the floor... With - out any wet- floor signs or caution signs!! I was about to slipped and grabbed something to manage. Even I was telling them, they didn't mind at all!! One person said ' complain after you fall down ' WOW#I WAS VERY STRESSED OUT about this situation. I was surprised How these people doing business, simply neglecting the city's safety rules# this is a proof of my visit of this nasty store!
