I am very content with this pharmacy, they are clean and kind, and very helpful.
One thing that stopped me from selecting 5 star is that the owner/head pharmacist has been late getting there a few times, and seems to take a little longer than the other pharmasists to prepare medications.
But either way, overall it is a wonderful pharmacy and great people who are genuinely interested in the positivity and care of the clients /customers.

Way better than Shoppers or Walmart
They go beyond to help you out, and that is hard to find these days. The staff is pleasant, and yes, they will actually answer the phone or call you back.

Every member of the staff have always been and continue to be the most friendly, caring and professional group of people in any drug store that I have ever dealt with. If you are not happy with the drug store in Pickering that you are currently dealing with, please go the the place where you will be treated like family.

My family neighbourhood pharmacy! Small But Mighty! Great service. Very friendly staff. Lots of extras in this store. very large greeting card selection. Post office drop off box outside.

Best pharmacy on this side of heaven. The people who work here are HELPFUL and kind, (ahem.. unlike the other pharmacies in the area... certain "bigger, chain" drugstores...). The prices are also great and it's close to home for me so what more could I ask for. I highly recommend Fairport Pharmacy.

We changed from our regular "Chain Brand" Pharmacy, which we could walk to, to Fairport Pharmacy, which we have to drive to, because of the lack of customer service when asking questions about our drug price changes, and the long lineups. It was well worth the drive to Fairport Pharmacy because they treat you like a Family member and not a customer to get money from. Everyone at Fairport is friendly and willing to personally serve you and answer your questions. Prescription's are filled quickly without long lineups. They go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. We didn't regret the change or drive because the service and product quality we now get is worth it. They even have a "Seniors Day" like the "Chain Brand" Pharmacy.

Excellent Pharmacy....Everyone that works in this store is always so pleasant, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They always make you feel very special when you are there for whatever reason. Recently we have had to discuss different prescriptions at times and everyone goes out of their way to ensure everything is right for us, therefore we feel very confident in their competent hands. My family moved to Northern Ontario a year ago which meant that after 20+ years getting my prescriptions and pharmacy needs at Fairport we had to switch to a new pharmacy.We really miss you.
