Bad customer service!
On Friday, January 3rd, around 8 p.m., my family and I went to the accessible aisle, as it was the only one open. The cashier working there had brunette hair and glasses. From the start, she seemed to have an attitude, speaking with her coworker, who had blonde hair and was on her phone the entire time. Their conversation continued throughout the checkout process and was not appropriate for a store setting.
I gave her a bag of chips that had opened from the bottom so she could put it in defectives and she rolled her eyes and said “ it’s open? umm are u going to get another one” and then when I walked away to get another one her and the other coworker started laughing.
After checking out we asked the price of an item and then asked if we could return it since that wasn’t the price we saw on the shelf. She then gave a look and said to follow her other coworker to do the return. The other coworker also rolled her eyes and gave a look to us and the cashier and started walking away to the register without saying anything.
We’ve been coming to this Nofrils for 12 years and we’ve never seen this type of behavior from the employees.

My go to supermarket. Always fresh and stocked fruits and vegetables, depending on day and time, which varies. The store is clean and the staff are very helpful. Appreciate the new layout of fridges at the back and finally got used to the new exit 😊. Always plenty of carts for usage, for when doing fortnightly shopping.

• This is the worst store to purchase from. I do my shopping with a list weekly. My price is calculated to the exact cent WITOUT THE APPLICABLE TAX. I check No Frills flyers thoroughly before I place an item on my list. Most time I have to interrupt the cashiers to recheck their prices because their ads have a cheaper price than a scanned price. This process delays other customers, and a manager has to get involved. When I ask the manager what is their policy on such price differences he barked out “take it or leave it.” I came to my senses and realized I am giving THIS NO FRILLS my business, I pay in cash, and not indebted to them for anything. I will not have a manager nor anyone speak to me so abusively. I will take my business to The Real Canadian Super Center. The people are more friendly, wider selection of items, ad match with almost all major competitors, does not hide items that can be ad matched, cleaner environment, and more in store specials. I told my son, daughter, and I will encourage all my friends and family to churn. Good by STRONG MAN MANAGER. I was even reminded of a policy “If the item scans incorrectly, you should notify the cashier
• The cashier should follow the store's procedures to resolve the issue
• If the item is eligible, you should receive the item for free or $10 off the displayed price”.

Nice store, but, you have to be conscious of prices or you may pay too much. Like other grocery stores some of their items have doubled in price in the last year. Shop savvy and it's a good store to shop from.

Great place to get things, always fresh, and sometimes they have products on clearance

If I could give 0 stars I would. This location keeps selling us spoiled milk. When we tried to ask the manager for a refund/exchange they told us there was nothing they can do. They do not honour the fresh guarantee policy and sell products that expire before the expiry date. Scammers!

This is the only NoFrills in Pickering; situated on a busy intersection of Brock Rd. & Kingston (Hwy 2). I go to do grocery shopping at least once a week and tend to find everything I am looking for. All the staff members are super polite and helpful.

Wow Loblaw real has some high prices. Like a 1 liter of Allen's juice is $2.50 but at other stores it only $1.50. Why are they so special to charge a extra $1.00. I try not to shop here very much.

Usually store has good variety of fruits and vegetables as well as a nice bakery section. I usually save money on discounted items but nothing in store today. Clean store, friendly and helpful staff. It's my usual grocery store.

I have done my shopping at this store for years and am very satisfied with the response to problems from the owner and helpful staff most of the time. However, I am disappointed that there is no one answering phones at this store. I just came home after shopping at this store. 24/10/08. 10:30:50 Upon checking my receipt # I see that I was charged for 2 pineapples $5.93 that I did not purchase. Mistakes do happen. I shall want to be reimbursed at my next visit. This is for the record since no one answers phones here.

Convenient location and friendly staff however doesn't carry a big selection of baby related items. Moreover, their points system was down today so that while I can still collect points on my shopping, I could not redeem it to pay for my groceries - the main benefit that PC promotes as being a member of their program! Very disappointed today at this location and will be choosing to go to the pt. Union location or ajax RCSS.

Nice but mostly busy location. They carry whole lot variety of fresh produce i.e. vegetables, fruits. They do carry bakey items.
I recommend this Morrill's location to anyone who lives in Pickering.
