Detail oriented and courteous Automotive team. Seamless Tire purchase and installation. The technician identified concerns with the brakes which was brought to my attention in a very professional manner. No high pressure sales or scare tactics whatsoever. I will be returning to this location to have the brakes serviced as a result.
Don't be fooled by larger Delaerships... they give the impression of the "gold standard." However, in my experience, they've failed me in providing basic customer service and identifying concerns with my vehicles...even failing to install all lugs on 4 wheels.

One of their small locations, but you may find what you’re looking for. Plenty of parking available. Watch out for lots of new drivers because it’s in the same plaza as Drive Test Centre.

Terrible Service and a Waste of Time
I recently had an awful experience at Canadian Tire Pickering. I booked my car in for two simple services—an Uber inspection and an oil change. I left my car with them for five hours, only to return and find out that nothing had been done.
No explanation was provided, no apology, and they didn’t even bother to inform me that my car had been sitting there untouched for hours. I wasted my entire day for something that should have taken much less time. It’s completely unacceptable and unprofessional to keep a customer waiting that long without any progress or communication.
I will never trust them with my vehicle again, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before going there for any service.

Update July 28th: I reached out to head office the day of and still haven't heard anything back as of September 22. The department manager Craig said he would look into what he could do for me and still haven't heard anything back. Thus, nobody here gives a care in the world but is willing to tell you whatever it is you want to hear to get you to pay for their mistakes. I do not recommend.
July 18th Had a valve replaced on my car. Two days later I needed to fill up gas. When pumping gasoline into my tank, all the gasoline came projectile spewing back out at me. I immediately took my car back in and told them the issue that has never occurred before they worked on it. They took ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY despite this never being an issue before the service I had done. They said that it was from my car having undercoating from 3 weeks prior clogging the valve BUT that doesn't makes sense because the issue ONLY occurred after my car was service here. This problem ruined a brand new suit and I ended up having to miss a day of work for this because I needed my vehicle to catch a flight.

Sooooooo rude. Employee working in self serve checkout on Thursday, September 5th @ 4:55pm really embarrassed me in front of other customers. After pressing "other" for payments options, she rudely says "What do you want"!?? I asked to pay in cash and she replied in a very condescending tone "no, pay debit!:. I will never walk into this store again. She can really ruin someone's day :(.

I buy 4 wardrobe closet worth $1000 , one is missing I set of crews, I was being asked for actual receipts which I did not have but had the purchase transaction on my canadian tire credit card. Thanks for not being of any assistance esp driving all the way from Scarborough. Clearly u don't need my business. All the best.
