First visit to Busy Bee Tools (Saturday) what a great little story jam packed with variety of metal & woodworking tools all well organized in a clean well laid out store. Staff is both very friendly upon entering the store as well as personable and very knowledgeable.

I'm disappointed in the service. I told the lady what I intended to do with the wood lathe and she informed me that a 3/4 HP would be able to handle large pieces, which it can't. The first larger piece and the machine bogged down. Far too late to return it now. I relied on their expertise as a rookie with zero knowledge and they aren't as knowledgeable as they claimed to be. Also, 2 of the men who work here have chips on their shoulders. I only have a car so that's what the machine needed to be loaded into. First they both said, "it won't fit in your car," which wasn't even remotely true. The one guy made it very obvious he thought it was a huge inconvenience to help out unloading it from it's crate. When I went back the following week for a bandsaw he said, "what are you driving today?" To which I replied, "same car as last time as it's all I own." He literally sighed like he was saying, "you are an annoying customer and you're inconveniencing me again." To top it off he didn't even have to help load it up! The forklift operator and I just slid it off the forks right into the back of my car. We had to unload it 5 minutes later as I thankfully realized it was the wrong bandsaw before driving 1 hour 40 minutes back home! I will be driving the extra distance to the Concord location from now on as they're friendly there and much more helpful.

Bunch of grumpy old know it all entitled men. Never have had a good experience with the people in this store except for the lady. She's nice. Great selection of tools though, when they're in stock.

First in store experience with Busy Bee today. Staff were extremely friendly and were happy to talk and answer my questions. I confidently left with an 8” Craftex Jointer, set it up, ran some lumber through and couldn’t be happier! Talking to them gave me the confidence I needed to know there is someone standing behind the product in the event I have any issues. I’ve found my new place!

Oh so many tools! What? You say you are looking for Price and Service? No problem! Busy Bee Tools is the place. Table saws, band saws, lathes, Sanders, routers, and everything in-between!I looked online to make sure they had what I was looking for, a new dust mask and a stop switch for an old cast iron Craftsman table saw. I upgraded to a slightly newer switch.Store layout is neat and efficient, with all the departments labeled and organized. Lots of parking and close to the highway for easy access.Staff are more than ready to help out with any questions related to the supplies or tools they carry. Craftex is the house brand, and a very good buy. I bought my drill press from there about 20 years ago. Still working!Check out their flyer too, for there are always a number of sales on a number of items.

Busy bee tools is one of the better GTA retailers of import woodworking tools. Great selection of pro grade dust extractors, table saws and friendly staff.
