**Buyers Beware** Purchased two items online and when received it didn’t fit. Within a couple of days I went to the store to return w/receipts and the store manager (named G) said she couldn’t refund me and that I could ONLY get a store credit. Meanwhile, the Scarborough store said they ‘could indeed’ refund it. What’s worse is that nowhere online or on the receipt warns customers that they wouldn’t get a refund. Get it together Bluenotes! Completely unsatisfactory and such a hassle. Won’t shop this brand again.

I've been going to blue notes for 3 years now and the manager who goes by G is the most disrespectful woman I've ever dealt with. Customer service must not be top priority at the pickering location..
