The manager is extremely rude and dishelpful. She came around us and picked all our selected pieces in anger and then left. Other staff members were helpful but remained quite when she was yelling.

I had a wonderful experience with sales associate Aamilah. she was very efficient in helping me out and explaining shoe care to me.
while they had a problem with the computers, she even demonstrated add ons (which I don't normally buy) but decided to give them a go this time around

sales associate Aamilah gave me and other customers exceptional customer service today when the stores computer crashed down. As we were waiting she attentively talked to all customers and made sure to reassure and update us as she restarted the systems. A very sweet and outstanding employee! Will be getting my business again.

Aamilah was an outstanding sales rep, I came in today unsure about what sort of dress shoes I wanted and she was very resourceful and mindful of the look I wanted to go for. She was also considerate of my budget and ensured that I got what I was looking for at what I thought was a reasonable price point.

Nadra was so very helpful! She helped me find directions to the store and was so very kind and helpful letting me understand how I can contact customer service to properly handle my refund issue while still abiding by her store policy. She not only greeted me with a lovely smile but made sure she helped me as much as she could before sending me on my way! Amazing customer service!

Walked into the store with a stroller with the intent to grab a pair of sandals. The rep didn't greet me or ask if I needed any help. I was the only person in the store. Decided to spend my money elsewhere

I had such a great experience today. Nadra was super helpful, knowledgeable, and really went above and beyond to make sure I found the right shoes for my convocation. I could really tell that she genuinely cared and wanted to help me and I left the store with a pair of shoes I’m excited to wear but also feeling happy. Thank you Nadra for helping me !!! Amazing experience at Aldo Pickering town centre. Nadra went above and beyond to help me find the shoes I needed, no matter how many sizes and shoes I had to try on lol. I will definitely be returning! Thanks for the great customer service!

I went into the store looking for a necklace, and left with 2 pairs of shoes in hand as well. The sales rep Aamilah and Manager Breanna were exceptional with supporting me. They pin pointed the shoes and slip resistance supports I needed, based on my outfit. With excellence and care, they both imagined my outfit and helped me figure out the exact accessories I would need. They even found me some work flats that would accommodate and shift with my foot care needs. They worked seamlessly as a team, and supported me throughout the process. I really hope head office recognizes and celebrates their talent. It was a quiet weekday evening and they brought their 110% to the labour with love. Thank you for such great customer care.

I recently had two very contrasting experiences with Aldo, starting at the Scarborough Town Centre location. Unfortunately, this visit was far from satisfactory. I purchased a pair of boots for $237, which were a floor model size 9. Despite feeling that they were snug, the associate assured me they would stretch and somewhat pressured me into the purchase. When I decided they weren't comfortable for an upcoming event and attempted to return them the next day, I encountered an employee (possibly a key holder or assistant manager) who was extremely unhelpful and displayed a poor attitude. She insisted the boots had been worn and refused the return, creating an uncomfortable situation by facetiming another employee to discuss the condition of the shoes upon purchase.However, my experience did a complete 180 when I visited the Pickering Town Centre Aldo. Here, I was greeted by Hajar, who was the epitome of excellent customer service—kind, patient, and understanding. She provided alternative options and reassured me about the return policy, which was a huge relief. Although I ultimately didn't attend my event and returned the exchanged pair, the process was handled professionally and kindly by another wonderful staff member named Freshta at PTC. She was absolutely sweet and kind.The difference in service between the two locations was night and day. While I've had repeated negative experiences at Scarborough Town Centre, Pickering Town Centre continues to impress with their exceptional customer service. Kudos to PTC for their outstanding team and service quality.P.S. The staff at PTC are absolutely gorgeous!
