Phenomenal customer service! Jen goes above and beyond for customers. She called to say she overcharged us $6 and was sure to get us a refund/credit. So unexpected (we didn’t even notice!) but also appreciate the effort to ensure we were taken care of.

This has been the second time in the last month I was in the Petrolia M&M Food Market and I can’t say enough great things about the young gentleman that waited on me. This most recent stop in I asked him who he was related to from the family and he said Jenny’s youngest son. I told him he was just like his Mama. When I go in a store that is what I love seeing a person who is polite, friendly, happy and all around helpful person. Kudos to you Jenny on raising such a well rounded young man and to have him working along side you. I have been telling whoever I can about him and my experience that day because its something I can honestly say and sad to be saying it, is I don’t see it much in this day and age. Thank you
