On Oct 19th I paid for gas, at the counter, with VISA 20.23$ and was charged 250$. Complaint thrice, on the spot also called later and in person next day, was told that it would eventually be returned. Eventually was 4 days later on Oct 23rd. Imagine they do this to all credit card customers? Lots of money no interest.

We went for gas at this Esso location today at 2:40 pm Sunday and the lady cashier didn’t give us washroom keys instead told us “washroom is flooded “. Don’t waste ur money here as they don’t appreciate customer.

Has gone down hill since last owners.. Never any paper towels or clean water to clean your windshield at the pumps.. Pumps in disrepair... No pride in ownership..

Washroom is only available for customers if you ask for the key. Hallway is cluttered with cases of beverages. Just returning from a trip to the east coast where gas station washrooms were clean and available. Disappointing for tourists. Windshield washer squigees were falling apart (2 different ones) and ineffective at cleaning windshield. Gas was reasonable price.

Lazy lazy lazy no customers there at 7 am the lazy guy behind the counter would not pump propane. Did not even seem to care one bit. Ignorant !!! Why do we give these Imigrants control like that. One day, we will pay for it!

UPDATE: went again to get fuel. Person in front of me bought 3 lotto paid cash, when I went to pay and tap I didn’t realize until the payment went through but he charged me for the lotto tickets. It appears they also skim cash and offload it on to the next customer. Ask for receipts. When confronted he opened the till and gave me the amount I was over charged with out an apology.
Store owner scans her own pc optimum card when customers don’t have one without notifying the customer. Only noticed due to it showing in the receipt.

The store is disgusting it's warm and there are flies everywhere their washrooms don't work and it's filthy so cramped and horrible shattered glass at the drink fridges and bad service.

They actually put a hold on money in my account! I tried to pay at the pump. It said the transaction couldn't be completed. I tried again. Same thing. So I got my gas and went in to pay. My card was declined even though I had more than enough money in there. I called my bank. She said a hold was placed on my account by "Fowler's Corners Esso". She said she would try and remove it. We hung up. I asked to speak with the owner. She walked over to the very long line and rudely yelled to come there. I said I want to speak to you over here. She came over just as my bank called me back. She started to walk away saying, "No. You on phone." I said, "I'm on the phone about this matter. I need to talk to you about it." She refused. Fortunately my bank was able to lift the hold. I got gas and will never go there again. It was their machine's fault that the payment didn't go through and yet she was very rude and yelling at me and refusing to talk to me. I am still quite shocked about it all. I should add that the bank told me they had the hold placed on there for 3 days!! I wouldn't have had access to the money they held for 3 days.

Worst place to go the Chinese or Asian staff is so rude to the customers and their employees!! It’s 28 degrees outside and it’s hotter in the store and beer cooler than it is outside! I told them multiple times to turn on the beer cooler since the whole point of the cooler is to have cold beer and I was told u don’t pay the bills here! I’m never going back here worst place ever to buy beer & it’s so dirty inside the store ! Go else where there is another beer store 5 minutes away. Stop being cheap and turn ur beer cooler on or don’t be a lcbo/beer store realtor
