Very rude staff, treat the guys who are paying for the items like they should not be in store with partner. Criticize opinions of the couple. Older female staff member is Unacceptable for sales staff. never going back sad as we always buy

Love this Suzy location! All of the employees are so sweet and helpful. The manager is very nice and often recommends items that she knows will suit my style. I always look forward to my next trip into the store. ❤️

I wish -5 stars were there!! one of the worst experience!! The clothes were stinky shoe smell I asked the sale associate named Icha or echa about that, with an attitude she replied we can’t do anything I’m so disappointed!! Hope she learns how to respect the customers! Never going to step to that store hope everyone knows about it!

Fantastic Customer Service. I called in to the Peterborough location to check to see if they had a certain perfume I love in stock. I was answered by a woman on the phone named Caoimhe. From the very beginning she was like a light of joy. She investigated to see if they carried the product I love and even went so far as to describe the bottle in detail so that I could compare it to what I currently have. It was an amazing experience all around

I was in the store yesterday and would say Store Manager was quite arrogant and rude n was checking on us in an awkward way. I was so uncomfortable in doing shopping over there.

I am surprised to see low reviews as everytime I go to this location I have the best experience. We went yesterday and I felt like I had my own personal shoppers it was amazing! For someone like me who sometimes has difficulities pairing pieces together I was grateful for all the running around the ladies did even when it got somewhat busy. I am going away to the muskokas this weekend and now have a beautiful new years outfit to take with me! Thankyou ladies for taking the stress out of shopping! I will always shop at this location.

Nice location....not sure buying a bag to carry your purchases in for a dollar is a good thing. If you don't want to purchase one, your required to just carry the items around in your hands. No option.

Terrible customer service at this store. The employees aren’t trained to process returns. Had to go to the store twice in one weekend. And the store manager that can, is very unprofessional and quite rude. She wouldn’t even give me a bag lol I’ve experienced my fair share of rude employees but to behave like that as store manager is a poor reflection on the company. If you have an online return, you’re better off getting help from the Suzy Shier website customer service who were extremely helpful and understanding. Suzy Shier has nice affordable clothing and accessories that go on sale often, I just don’t recommend this particular store.
