I called to ask about having my bike serviced as I was having some issues- Jay didn’t hesitate to tell me to bring it in. Once there he took the time to not only fix the problems but teach me how to make adjustments needed. I will definitely be coming back to see Jay for all my bike needs, he really went above and beyond.

The guys at the bike shop are the best ! I bought a bike from a different Sportchek location(Ajax) and the bike was not set up properly, peddle fell off, striped bolts. I brought the bike in and they fixed it right away. Great bunch of guys to deal with. Treated me like I was their customer which I will be from now on
