Shelby is super kind and proactive when there is a bug with the delivery. The problem wasn’t her concern but she took of her time to help me despite her little power on the situation. Finally everything is ok and the sandals where to die for. Definitely will buy again!

I went into S.O.S. for a specific item, which didn’t work out, but amazing customer service. Super helpful staff, and I must go in again for a proper browse. This boutique seems to have a wonderful selection of women’s wear and accessories!!?
