“Been dropping packages there for a few weeks now (pre-paid shipping boxes) and the crew at this location really seem to care about my business. Helpful when I asked about regional pre-paid options and happy to share pick-up times for that location. They seem like they care about your business, and so far they are really friendly, which I appreciate. So far so good for this location, which has become my "go to" for parcels, thanks also to it being a convenient spot to pop into quickly to drop off a pre-paid parcel. I suspect a lot of the negative reviews are not specific to this location...”
“Friendly staff who do their best to help you. Some mailing/ packaging supplies for sake too. If you are picking up an undeliverable parcel give 24 to 48 hours to actually get from your mailman to the post office at Shopper's. Otherwise it will be a wasted trip. I know from recent experience.”

“I went into this store last week to ship two parcels to friends. The staff member who helped me was very polite and attentive. He found me a box that was perfect size for the item I was shipping. Most importantly, one of the packages I sent was not delivered correctly (despite the correct label and shipping info), and when I called this UPS store for help, they were on it immediately. They tracked down the package, spoke to the driver, made sure the package would be picked up from the incorrect location, and delivered asap to my friend. They called back to let me know what was happening, and followed up with another call to make sure the package was delivered correctly. All in all, excellent service.”
