I really wanted this to be a happy review because the staff was friendly and helpful, the shop itself beautiful and inviting; however, out of 3 plants I bought I am still happy with only 1.Within a week of purchase, the ivy was covered in spider mites.Luckly, it was sitting by itself the whole time, so that my other plants stayed safe.Within 4 weeks, my airplant almost entirely dried out. When I was getting it, the staff gave the instructions of soaking it for 15-30 min every month; I wish I had double checked with other sources since the proper care actually includes misting it a few times a day and soaking for 4 minutes every 3-4 days.I can only recommend getting your plants from other gardens in town where people working there actually are the ones that grow the plants.

I absolutely LOVE this little shop! It’s in a cozy area of downtown and all of the staff are wonderful. They’re all so knowledgeable and friendly, and really know what they’re doing!I have adopted many plants from their store and have been overly satisfied with all of them!They also have a lot of sales at their shop, and make getting into a plant keeping hobby easy and affordable.Love you guys! ??

Lovely spot, have done most of my shopping online (love the website) and it has been easy to pick a plant, pick a pot and have it delivered with a message. Reasonable prices with unique plants and live supporting local for a unique living gift.

I could hardly wait for the wintry days of Ontario to end so I could order from Plant Goals. With every new email I see new plants "I just have to have" and I've just been informed my 3rd order is on its' way. I have quite a collection now but to make enough room for my cat and me to live I'm going to have to cut back on ordering :). Everything I receive is in perfect condition and I couldn't be happier if I had picked the plants out myself. Des and her team are great. I'm glad I found them in Peterborough and that they ship to me in Barrie. Thanks to all at Plant Goals.

Yesterday I made a very last minute call asking for a delivery for today. I was scattered and unprepared when I called, and still Dawn and the crew at Plant Goals were very patient and kind.They kindly let me know that they weren’t meant to do any deliveries until next week, however when I explained the situation, they went above and beyond. Sure enough, the plant arrived this morning to a very happy customer.Thank you Dawn and team! Sending so much love from British Columbia ?

Love watching the Instagram stories and live online sales. Great reminders that their are real people behind the small business pages on social media! I have purchased a number of small plants over the last year or so and my experiences were awesome! I have had all my questions about care answered online and in person.

Super friendly and knowledgable staff that are never overbearing, a stunning rotating selection that keeps you on your toes, and owners that are always trying to think of how to better serve/connect with their client base. A beautiful little shop with every plant I wanted and more. Des & staff are very knowledgable about their plants and they have even helped me after my purchase with how to care for my green-leafed buddies. Their online reels and mini info tips are priceless. Before Plant Goals - all my house plants were plastic. I love that we have this fun little shop to visit whenever I'm downtown ptbo. 100% recommend a visit or online order!

I love walking into this place and being greeted by friendly faces. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, taking the time with each person to help answer any questions we might have and suggesting something that works for us. They have a great selection of plants and pot covers, every time I pop in I feel like there’s always something new. I absolutely adore this shop and everything in it!

As much as my boyfriend might disagree, more houseplants is always a good idea and I always come here when I need more!I have purchased all of my houseplants from here and the quality and care they put into their shop really shows. I have achieved all of my plant goals thanks to Plant Goals ???? (even snagged a Philodendron Pink Princess from here!)

Amazing plant store. Parking on water is first come first serves but usually can find somewhere, also free parking up the road and around the corner on Sheridan. Fair prices and great selection of plants. Super helpful staff with plant tips! ❤️
