Be very careful of what you buy from this dealership. We were sold a Ford Explorer that has had nothing but issues in spite of being told it was a low km vehicle in great repair. We have spent thousands of dollars.

So, I have to say that I am most unlikely to go to a private car retailer as I seem to gravitate to large dealerships, but I may have had my mind changed. I am not the customer for this transaction, but a wing person.. My daughter was looking for her first vehicle. I went to look at another vehicle and found the one depicted in the post. But, that is not the story. The story is about the staff here. Dom was an absolute gentleman and 100% professional! Pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable! No pressure, no hounding.... What a great experience for a first time buyer to have sales staff who are helpful and not taking advantage of a new buyer. And, to be greeted by the owner when the vehicle was picked up? Great touch! If I am looking for a used vehicle, I know where I am heading first! Thanks again for a great experience!

I recently purchased a 2012 Honda Civic here after my 2013 Hyundai Elantra developed a ticking engine at 300,000km. This was my first actual car purchase as the Elantra was a gift. I did not feel like I was pressured to buy anything and Dom was very transparent about the cost breakdown and the steps ensured to safety the vehicle. The car was in very good condition and even though my "new" car was older than the previous one, I felt confident enough to buy an older car from this dealership as they were very transparent about the vehicle history, service records, and safety process prior to selling the car to me. So far I am very happy with purchasing my civic and would recommend this place to anyone else looking to buy a used vehicle!

More than 5 stars!! I recently purchased a Subaru Outback and it was the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. Honest, professional, friendly with a great inventory of quality used vehicles. I was always hesitant to buy from a used car dealership but not anymore. This will be my go to in the future. Highly recommend!!Thank you to Dom and the team at Paul Tinney Auto Sales. Worst experience ever dealing with this auto shop, purchased my vehicle less than a year ago only to have nothing but problems, the brakes that they said they replaced were replaced with terrible parts( my mechanic told me after I had them changed). Half the sensors don’t work in the car and it took me weeks to get a hold of someone about fixing the broken screen on my stereo system just for them to tell me I had to pay to replace it. (also sold to me this way, we thought it was just a bubble from a sticker that could be peeled off but it’s not it’s the whole screen) buy a vehicle anywhere else they don’t care about giving you a quality car they just want your money sadly.

Do not buy from these thieves. The Safety is done dishonestly and they’ll bring you the certificate within a matter of minutes. Bought a vehicle from them and the next morning, my brakes started squealing. Thought it was something temporary due to some dust from the newly constructed area I had moved into. However, the squealing kept getting worse and I needed new brake pads within two weeks of owning the vehicle. FIY, they also drive around in customer vehicles.

Never buy a vehicle from dom or paul. You will get an illegal cert on it and they won't fix the thousands it will cost to make the vehicle right. These guys are untrustworthy and will tell you whatever to get you in there garbage vehicles. Go anywhere else. Dom and paul will just rip you off

I recently purchased a 2022 KIA Carnival from Dom at Paul Tinney and was extremely impressed with the whole experience. I have purchased many vehicles in my 40 years of driving and I would say this was one of the best experiences. DOM was very knowledgable, no pressure at all, and had the vehicle inspected and ready to go in two days! He gave me a fair trade in on my old vehicle, coordinated the payout of what remained on that loan and got the financing in place for the new vehicle. Made it very easy for me. I would highly recommend him and Paul Tinney for your next purchase. A real Class act all around.

Paul Tinney Auto - Thank You!I just wanted to shout out to Sales Rep Dom and his Team for all their help, time patience and even more so their Fantastic Customer Service. For someone that does Technical Support and is working with Clients all day over the phone, I can tell you how hard it is to find Great Customer Service. Dom at Paul Tinney is the true definition of True Customer Service. Even though I was downgrading my high end vehicle for something much cheaper and more economical, they went way over and beyond with regards to satisfying all my mechanical, safety and detailing needs of the vehicle, most of which is not even required of the dealership to do.They also delivered my vehicle to me in another town and handed me a cheque for the remainder of my traded vehicle.I would highly recommend Paul Tinney Auto if you ever need to buy a vehicle or in my case trade a vehicle.
