Waited 20 minutes for curbside pick up. Only one waiting. Numerous things missing or wrong. I have no idea how the curbside pickup service fell off quite so hard but here we are. When somebody finally came out with our order we were assured if I called in to complain, the manager would "definitely give you gift cards" and then was informed that "she's not in today and that's why it's slow." ?
Total clown show. Get your house in order, Morello.

I love bringing my 92-year-old amazing father to this wonderful store. He’s been shopping at Morello’s for many years! The produce section is my most favorite. Every single department is his favorite! It’s absolutely beautiful and inviting. The staff are always helpful and friendly and they go above and beyond to help. When in Peterborough, I highly recommend you stop in there. You won’t be sorry.

Thank you to the Bakery at Independent for creating the cake and cupcakes that I requested for my sons upcoming 9th Birthday. It was everything I wanted and more. The kids all loved it, and the flavour was amazing! Thank you once again.

I've been going to this store for years. So I can confidently say, this place is well kept. Even outside with the shopping carts are kept. They have a small spot in the back that sells 50% off on fruits and veggies. Custom birthday cakes are available. Fresh sushi is also available. The food prices are reasonable due to the economy. It's such a little gem. I can honestly keep going on all the positives. So definitely check it out to see for yourself.
