I had a tremendous experience with Liberty Tax at this location. Angela was far more personable and intelligent than the companies I have used in the past. She took the time to explain things to me which I’ve never had before. Was done in and out in 20 minutes. I will be referring to all of my friends and family for the future. Thank you again, Angela!

Liberty Tax was recommended to me by a friend. I cannot express how happy I am that I was referred here and how amazing Angela was while handling my taxes. My taxes are complicated and can be time consuming. She was an excellent communicator and explained everything to me. She worked hard to minimize what I would owe and the fee was more than reasonable. My sister and BIL used Liberty Tax as well in another city and they were very happy with their experience. Strongly recommend.

They made an error and cost me nearly $3000 on my supposed refund…. not happy with this company… Also they never even offered to refund the $110 fee even after admitting they made the error, all I got was “Sorry about that”… Was a multi year customer but never again

Very unpleasant environment they were angry and if your refund is not enough then they prefer not to do it don’t think I’ll be going back there again owner complained my refund was only 860 dollars

I had my taxes done with Liberty tax the past 2 years. Excellent service and very very accommodating. When I see the bad reviews online I have a feeling they came from people who were frustrated with individual tax situations. Liberty Tax is EXTREMELY busy during tax session, people lined up waiting. What people fail to realize is that they are working very long days during the peak season. Don’t let the bad reviews sway you from using them. I’ve used a number of companies in the past. They are BY FAR the most responsive and timely and professional business I have ever worked with. Remember. They do TAXES every day!! Don’t expect sunshine and lollipops people.

Worst place ever first off I felt like I was at a retirement home takie stuff hanging on the walls lil dog walking around greeting everyone the dogs nice but I’m doing my taxes here then when I went and sate down told them I havnt done my taxes for abit they said we got other clients to deal with REAL clients I guess I’m not a real client I would never suggest going here i just wanted some help and got treated and told I’d be charged way more any where else that’s fine I rather not deal with there attitude
