Terrible customer service skills, the cashier and manager both need a refresher courseIf a cashier attempts to initiate an argument for no reason, and the manager comes to defend them by stating “she is a nice person” we’ve got a problem…. All of this without me saying one word other than yes, and hiNot sure what they went through prior to me coming into the store but don’t take it out on others

A person in front of me provided her ID and was denied for it being a day over expiry. When the girl said she had no idea a friend stepped in to show hers, but the employee explained they couldnt accept it. But then the employee started calling the young ladies in front of me "sir" and "dude" out of the blue almost as if to insult them. The two ladies seemed genuinely confused about the situation and hurt by his remarks.

The LCBO located on sherbrooke street typically has a lot of homeless people and drunks that beg for money that sit just outside the store on the curb or the steps. It can get annoying and a bit sketchy especially at night time because of its location downtown. There are security guards that patrol constantly which does make it feel a bit safer but being asked for money every time I come here is really annoying. I will say though that those homeless asking for money are generally not threatening and are nice, it's still an annoyance.

Actually had the coolers I was looking for. Some of the bigger Lcbo’s in town don’t seem to stock the coolers I like.
