My husband and I had an excellent experience with fantastic customer service provided by Trudi at Knock on Wood. The store itself is huge, with a stunning and wide selection of furniture. The pieces themselves are of high quality and solid construction. Trudi was very knowledgeable in all different pieces in store and helped us to find the perfect sideboard. She was patient, knowledgeable and wanted to ensure that we chose the best piece for our space. She even had a member of the design team map our our furniture based on our floor plan to ensure it would fit the space nicely. Will definitely be returning in the future when we design our other spaces! Thank you so much!

Had a wonderful experience shopping for and purchasing a new sectional at Knock on Wood. The sales associates were so helpful and kind. I felt very informed during the purchasing process and beyond happy with my decision to support local and Canadian-made products.
Special shout out goes to Jake and Lenard for their flawless delivery of said couch — they are truly the magicians of moving furniture safely and quickly. They went above and beyond to ensure that my sectional fit, was delivered well, and they expertly navigated several twists and turns upon delivery.
Very grateful for my Knock on Wood experience and I look forward to shopping here for years to come. Thank you!

Great shopping experience; but especially happy with delivery guys Len & Jake. They were on time, delivered, unpacked, and setup the new couch perfectly ! Time for a nap on it ! LOL

Just bought my sunshine couch! ☀️I'm so happy with my purchase. ?I have bought a few things from this store and each time have a great experience. The staff is exemplary: knowledgeable, friendly, super helpful, and real. The quality of the furniture is amazing and it's Canadian made! Even the delivery guys are great!In the picture, you can see the couch I recently bought and the blue tub cuddler chair I bought 1.5 years ago.

We had a great experience at Knock on Wood, where we bought sofas, chairs and ottomans. Kayla was very helpful in focusing on our requirements and knew the products very well.Delivery also went very well. I would recommend Knock on Wood for anyone looking for furniture.

We recently took advantage of the floor model sale to buy a sofa. The sales representative was very knowledgeable when showing us the various options for our specific needs and space. Luckily we had a few options to choose from. Once we made our selection and delivery arrangements, we had our new sofa within a day. Communication from the delivery team on their arrival time was excellent as was the set up. Very polite and friendly staff from beginning to end. Shopping local was made so easy, we are happy to support a local business and would encourage you to check out their very good quality furniture and their floor model sale!

Dave and his expert and friendly staff continue to go above and beyond our expectations with helping us redecorate our home. The high quality pieces we have bought have been carefully and promptly delivered which we appreciate. I would highly recommend Knock on Wood for main pieces of furniture and all of the accessories to make a room complete. It is nice to know we do not have to go to Toronto to find superior furniture and selection...truly a gem of a store right here in Peterborough.

I just bought the most beautiful chairs for my diningroom table at KNOCK ON WOOD! Everyone, from the sales staff to the delivery people, were kind, courteous and knowlegeable. They all went out of their way to help with this order...I would recommend KNOCK ON WOOD to anyone and will certainly go there again! thanks guys! I LOVE MY CHAIRS!!!

We just bought a new bed and night tables from Knock On Wood in Peterborough. Kelly was terrific in helping me decide about the bed as well as bedding to go with it. Leonard and Mackenzie did a great job delivering and assembling everything. The staff were courteous and knowledgeable! This is the second bedroom set I have bought at Knock On Wood and I highly recommend this store!
