One of the most dehumanizing ridiculous experiences I've ever had. How is attempting to get two cars undercoated I was contacted by the business and offered a time slot of 8:30 a.m. on a Sunday morning I had already been waiting 6 weeks and so I eagerly took the appointment knowing full well I would have to leave my house at 7:00 in the morning I arrived promptly at 8:25 a.m. and dropped off my truck, I went for breakfast to waste time and at 9:30 a.m. the gentleman called me and asked me had I dropped my vehicle off yet and of course I was a little angry when I told him it had been there for over an hour because I couldn't believe he hadn't shown up but he assured me he would be there in minutes and start on my vehicle right away an hour later I showed up at the establishment 10:30 in the morning he had still not arrived my truck had been sitting in his parking lot for over 2 hours and he hadn't even shown up to start it yet I still had the other vehicle that had come with me to be done yet as well we ended up leaving without getting the vehicles undercoated we utilized $70 in fuel between the two of us to get there and back home I arrived back at my home at 11:45 a.m. I had left at 7 a.m. all of that for nothing it's disgusting it was demoralizing unconscionable that he never even bothered to just cancel the appointment and prevent us from driving all that way and spending all that money in fuel and clearly by my statement the worst customer service anybody could ever endure absolutely do not recommend this company

Terribly unreliable and very poor communication skills. Does a great job of rustproofing when he finally gets it done, but will leave you hanging for days without a call. Not cool. The guy seems to be struggling mentally and can't keep his business skills in check. i would not recommend unless you are the counselling type.

This guy knows what he's doing. When your mechanic is impressed you know it's done right. I appreciate the attention to detail Justin. Glad I booked in the summer, didn't realize the difference it would make. Keep it up sir.
