Absolutely recommend! Kawartha TV & Stereo consistently go above and beyond. I've dealt with them many times over the years, and have always been impressed with their exceptional service and pricing. Most recently, they installed a Sonos amplifier, and it is amazing! They were friendly, prompt and took the time to ensure everything was connected and working properly, not an easy task considering my previous set up. You simply do not get this level of service at a big box store. Thank you so much for taking such incredible care! You have a customer for life.

I was looking for a new Soundbar. Carlos was very helpful and informative and took the time to show me different options and explain what each soundbar offered. I am thrilled with the soundbar and will definitely go back to Carlos and Kawartha TV & Stereo again.

Very friendly experience with salesperson Carlos. Was looking for a set of Audioquest interconnects comparable to the ones I already have and they had a good selection at competitive prices. Also kindly answered my questions on various TV options for a future purchase. Can certainly recommend.

Carlos and Kawartha TV and Stereo (KTS) are fantastic. Last year I was looking to upgrade to a new television, comparing similar models/prices from big box stores, and decided to buy local. KTS had competitive pricing and free shipping. Now, close to a year later I sadly had a warranty issue with the screen. I emailed Carlos and he assured me it could be fixed under warranty and that they would pick up my TV (I drive a sedan) at no cost to repair. Everything went smoothly and flawless. I couldn’t be more satisfied with customer service!!! I highly recommend KTS and from my experience, I will be a return customer. A+ business!!!!PS: The delivery men were on point; friendly, fast and efficient! Double A+ on pickup and delivery!

Ordering on line was very easy. Received an email when order was ready for pick up, service loaded the TV for me when I picked up my order. Will definitely shop here again.

Excellent service of my old AVR and very accommodating. Although they couldn't repair it due to it being a motherboard problem they put the effort in and were sympathetic to the issue. I was always able to get someone on the phone to discuss next steps and I never felt rushed into making any decision. In the end I bought a new AVR from them and am very happy with the new receiver.

Stoped by for a quick purchase of network streamer. Staff seemed knowledgeable, and helped with picking the right equipment, explaining the differences between brands 5gey had to offer. Good experience overall!

Went in to research Tv's. Was promptly met with Carlos who listened to what I had to say and helped me find the right unit. Great pricing and no pressure. When I first started looking for a Tv, Kawartha TV was the first place to come to mind. Warranties and all questions were answered.

Order placed by phone. Carlos was very knowledgeable about product inquired about. Long weekend got in the way so delivery was extended but the install team were quick and knowledgeable about unpacking/ setting up/ activating all the apps I like and explaining the remote. Big plus for me was taking the box and packing away. Stress free purchase at a great price.

Kawartha TV and Stereo as per usual did not disappoint! We selected and purchased our new TV quickly and effortlessly thanks to Carlos’ sound advice and recommendation. Delivery was super fast and the free in-house technical support from Craig was super invaluable and second-to-none. We are really pleased with our new TV. I was looking for a new TV to replace my 19 year old Sony Bravia. Carlos T. spent time answering all my questions about the different SMART TVs and their features without any undue pressure to make a decision to buy. He discussed the pros and cons of the different types, sizes and features. He provided me with printouts of the TVs that I might be interested in so that I could comparison shop. In the end I was happy to buy the TV from Carlos as he answered my questions without pressure and educated me so that I could make an informed decision.He responded positively about price matching and offered to carry the TV to my car. It was a pleasure to shop at Kawartha TV & Stereo.
