I always hesitate going into a Dealership due to past not great experiences. Kawartha Chrysler and Tom have raised the bar so high for Dealerships they should come take lessons. No BS, respect and the little touches to feel welcome and no pressure from the get go. Look forward to experiencing the service part of Kawartha Chrysler. The original vehicle I went to see and test drive wasn’t what I really wanted. Tom sat down and we reviewed what would really fit my needs. Then he kicked the perfect vehicle for me to see and test drive. What a refreshing transaction looking forward to the Kawartha Chrysler treatment each time I am there.
Would not hesitate to redder to anyone Family and Friends alike.

Just purchased an used Dodge Warlock pickup truck. Our sales rep Tung (Tom) was absolutely amazing. He is very friendly, honest and worked really hard for us. We are very happy with the dealership and the new to us truck, thank you Tung!

Kawartha Chrysler is by far the best dealership around Julie & Ian in the service department are the best in the business the parts guys Kyle and Mike are worth their weight in gold, after two complete misdiagnosis from other dealerships and 2 months of run arounds from them, and nothing but headaches they got my truck fixed earlier then expected and cheaper then originally quoted. Spent a little over $6 K here and they were worth every single penny.
If you ever need any sort of service, don’t think twice about coming to Kawartha Chrysler. I’ll be forever returning here to do business.
I’ve never bought anything from the sales department, but I’m sure they are just as good!

Been a driver for 68 years and car owner for 61. Dealt with many dealers and service shops over that time; Kawartha Chrysler on and off for nearly 25. Can truthfully say I've never been let down on either account. In May 2024, I traded my 2017 Jeep Cherokee for a new Dodge Hornet GT+. WOW, am I ever impressed - super machine, sporty, nimble and quick! This was an unexpected deal, but ever so glad I did it. Many thanks to Jordan and Marco for a most pleasant buying experience. We visited every car dealer on landsdown, Chemong, and even John Dewars. Kawartha Chrysler was by far the best customer service. My son was shopping for a used car and Jordan at Kawartha Chrysler provided us exceptional customer service. He was actually the only one that offered/encouraged my son to take the cars out for a test drive to help him decide on what he was looking for. Once we were ready to make an offer we were introduced to Marco (the boss) to start the negotiations. I’m not used to used car salesmen being honest and straightforward. Marco and Jordan were both willing to take the time to explain and show us the history of the vehicle all the way down to its service record. At the end of the day we came to a price that worked for them and for my son. When we picked up the car Marco immediately informed us that during the detailing process one of the workers over buffed a rear door handle and melted some of the plastic. To be honest we probably would have never noticed but Marco had already ordered a new handle to replace the damaged one. They have earned this review and we will return to purchase our next car from Kawartha Chrysler because excellent service seems to be the culture at this dealership. I certainly feel that we were dealt with the same way as if we were buying a new car. Thanks Jordan and Marco. You made the dreaded process of buying a car a pleasure.

Bought a used minivan sight unseen which I was pretty nervous about. The manager assured me that if I hated the van he wasn’t going to force me to take a vehicle that I didn’t want which I was thought was good. I had Tom as a salesperson. Things couldnt have gone any smoother. Tom got back to me quickly with any questions or concerns I had. Great guy to deal with. Overall happy with the whole dealership and the good service from everyone.

I had a great experience from start to finish, I called looking for a back panel window for my truck and was also looking to have it installed as soon as possible, kawartha not only gave me the best price in town, they also had me in the next day to have it serviced, and the service I got when I showed up was A+!
Communication and friendliness from the staff makes you feel welcome.
The service they preformed was A+ they knocked my expectations out of the park, I’ll be a long lasting customer after my experience.

Awesome service crew. Not my dealership, as I was out of town, but they diagnosed my problem and made sure I was safe to return to my hometown dealership as they were too booked to do the work and I had to return home. A great help, even though they knew they weren't going to make money off me. 5 stars!

What started out as dealing with my works transaction led to some exploratory conversations with Gary on what options were available and other topics. After a couple of days of casual talk with Gary, he suggested that I come in, and he'd set me up with one of the sales guys that would better understand what we were looking for. After going to Gary, he set me up with Dustin to go over all my options for a new vehicle plus the trade-in value for our current vehicle. Dustin took me out to the lot, and we went through a bunch of different vehicles, including what's new about them all compared to the prior year as well as different versions of the same vehicle. After having discussions, I told him that I'd need to discuss it more with my wife and maybe bring her in to look. Without hesitation, the owner came out and himself and Dustin offered me to take it home for the night for her to see. Knowing the two of us work opposite schedules and it would be difficult to come in together. The next day, we went back in, and Dustin was able to sprinkle some price lowering dust on the deal, and we were able to agree to the deal. A couple of days later, Dustin came in on his day off to make sure our new vehicle was in pristine condition, which was made harder by the freak snow storm that just rolled in.Dustin went above and beyond the entire time to make sure we were happy with it and followed up the next couple of days to make sure it was running well and I didn't have any questions.Everything from start to finish dealing with Gary and Dustin was made super easy and comfortable. And we will deal with them there again!

Nothing but great experiences here. Craig B the salesman there is great. Takes the time to understand what you want and need, so he can put you in the right vehicle. I highly recommend buying your vehicle here. The service staff are great. Polite and very helpful. By far the best dealership I have ever dealt with.
