“I had 5 watch batteries replaced and was advised that one was free. They were quick and efficient. They were friendly enough but not very chatty but it's not a negative. The cost was very good. I drove from fenelon falls and inquired about another service but unfortunately they didn't provide it. They couldn't recommend anyone else else. This service was getting an appraisal on a watch.”
“We purchased my wedding ring at the Windsor location over 2 years ago. Unfortunately, have had some issues with the design and it had to be repaired a few times. We have a cottage in Peterborough area and they allowed us to work with them on repairs. Unfortunately it got to the point where the ring needed replacing. Instead of having to wait until we got back home to Windsor, the manager Jenn told us to pick out a comparable priced ring and made the experience seamless. She ensured there was no price difference incurred even though the new one was a bit more. As far as I am concerned, this store and manager went above and beyond. It was unfortunate this ring has some issues, but honestly the experience and the way we were treated is something we love in a business and they will continue to have us as customers.”

I wanted to where my ring for my engagement party and I looked all over town for someone who could size my complicated ring quickly. Everyone told me it would take 2 weeks to a month. Charlotte Jewelers did it in a day. They were friendly and really cared about making me happy during my special time in my life. I am definitely going back to pick out my wedding ring.”
