“Excellent customer service. I bought a kitchen table about 6-7 months ago. After having a guest over, noticed a mark on table that looked like a grease stain. They sent a serviceman out to check it out, and when he couldn’t do anything with it replaced the table. I was thrilled to pieces.”
“My husband and I had an excellent experience with fantastic customer service provided by Trudi at Knock on Wood. The store itself is huge, with a stunning and wide selection of furniture. The pieces themselves are of high quality and solid construction. Trudi was very knowledgeable in all different pieces in store and helped us to find the perfect sideboard. She was patient, knowledgeable and wanted to ensure that we chose the best piece for our space. She even had a member of the design team map our our furniture based on our floor plan to ensure it would fit the space nicely. “Longer lines for cheaper fuel but it all moves pretty quickly.They now have air pumps for tire inflation but those are at the main building, and not at the gas section”
“I have enjoyed shopping here for years. It's funny, always the first place I go and see what items that are available for what I am shopping for.
Just as when we purchased our couch, we liked it but still wanted to shop around.and again returning to buy.
The salesman said I knew you would be back, and he was right!
They have a great selection and most times the best price, delivery is half of what others charge; and most importantly for me "No Pressure To Buy".
They are just like you and me, they do an outstanding job, take the time to chat, not about furniture but you. I really don't enjoy spending money, but am always satisfied giving this company mine.
They make all the difference , make me feel worthwhile.
