Road side assistance that provided no assistance.
Called for a simple flat tire, but got nothing.
First the tow truck driver couldn’t figure out how to Jack up my vehicle, having to call for help, then he said I didn’t have a donut tire. My teenager had to show him that I did. Then driver proceeded to explain that he couldn’t get it out bc supposedly “I” was missing the tool. I’ve since learned that wasn’t the case, and not sure why he wouldn’t “have the tool”. I asked him to tow it then, and he said I would need to call the next morning for a flat bed as his tow truck couldn’t take it.
My last request was for a reading to see how much air it had lost since I had pumped it up. He didn’t have that.
Literally he drove away and did nothing for me, except bill!
As a single woman, I called for assistance for what would be so simple to many, a mere flat tire. And, the staff I got at Dave’s did nothing but a list of what he couldn’t do.

They were the towing service sent by my insurance roadside assistance. The man was very polite and reassuring. Got my car to the requested shop.

It was pouring rain and I was extremely sick, trying to leave work, and my vehicle was dead. Dave’s towing was called by my roadside assistance, and the gentleman who showed up could have just hauled my vehicle off, but he spent time to troubleshoot the issue and even had it chained to the flatbed and tried one last thing that worked! I was so relieved, and so thankful, and will definitely be using Dave’s in the future, should the need arise! Thank you for your help and service

Had a flat in a parking lot in Peterborough. I called Dave’s towing and with in 20-30 minutes I had a very courteous and professional gentlemen there to help. (In the rain)

Great quick service from the whole team. Had a secondary problem after they towed and fixed my boat trailer and they made it right at no extra cost to me. Highly recommend them.

Best service ever! Our car broke down near Peterborough and our Mazda dealership connected us with Dave's towing to get to the nearest station. A very special thanks to Jonathan who not only towed our car there but also helped us navigating the cab and GO Bus services to our way back home in Whitby on a Sunday (with our 2 year old toddler). We will always remember his generous help. Highly Highly recommended!
