What a WONDERFUL experience buying garden trees and plants at the COSTCO in PETERBOROUGH!! As a member since 1990, I am of course drawn to the huge selection and pricing at COSTCO, but this years experience was double enhanced because of the assistance I received from two incredible associates, LEAH LALONDE and ABBY!!! I found the trees that were just perfect for our needs, only then I discovered that there were only 2 left! LEAH LALONDE to the RESCUE!!!! She "immediately" got on the phone with the arborist supply and within 2 days she had 8 more trees delivered to the Peterborough Costco. LEAH contacted me that they were available, ABBY then ensured that my pick up was conveniently organized and it could not have been more seamless! Thank you to LEAH and ABBY for their efficiency and their incredibly kind nature, especially in this demanding season!! With that kind of efficient effort and thoughtful consideration and assistance I would not go anywhere else!! Your are both such great ambassadors for the COSTCO enterprise!

Bought the quinoa salad, it was very bland and almost dry. It's pretty much the only reason I have a membership. Also, it usually wasn't available during covid, neither was the chicken pie, so what I paid for for my membership was wasted. I no longer get gas there because I have cash normally and the lines are too long. I'm not sure it's worth the yearly fee to shop there and I wouldn't have renewed except for that damn quinoa salad that tasted terrible this last time.Oh and I forgot that we got food and had to stand to eat it! Love the pharmacy though.

Rude older employee serving mozzarella stick samples May 8th 11:20AM. Accused me of not saving any samples for others when I only grabbed 2. Lady was in her early to mid 60s. Unacceptable behavior from an older woman who should show respect to those who respect her, I said thank you and she says "save some for other people now" first time at peterborough costco and SO disappointed. Unbelievable.

rude older employees, the older woman probably in her 60s serving mozzarella sticks today at 11:30 was absolutely ignorant. went to grab some for my siblings and said "way to save some for other people" and rolled her eyes at me. once I told her it was for my siblings she got quiet and piped down but still super unacceptable and boiled my blood. maybe she just assumed because of my age i was just taking them for myself or that im just some kid (I'm 21) but still to assume is gross. how can a costco hire people like this? genuine question.
