“I was recently in this business to help my friend pick out an outfit for her son's upcoming wedding. The selection was fabulous, the clothing beautiful, and there is a fairly good range of sizes. The owner, Victoria, was friendly and very helpful in suggesting different items that would look good on my friend. She found a gorgeous outfit and let me tell you the smile on her face was priceless!
While we were there, a disgruntled customer came in, demanding her money back for a service/product - yes I use the word "demanding" on purpose. From what we could hear this person hadn't a leg to stand on. Victoria handled this situation as well as humanly possible. She did not just bow to this person's demands and clearly explained her knowledge of what had happened in the situation. After this person started to say she had "heard this had happened before", she was immediately asked where she had heard it and would not/could not say - which speaks volumes. In the end Victoria proposed a solution that would be fair to everyone involved , however I suspect this person will not be happy with anything, given her attitude.

“I went in not expecting much because I’m a 42 year old female and the store looks like it caters to a younger demographic. I was helped by Lily and she was wonderful. “While I hate the name of this place and was reluctant to go in.....I was so surprised by this hidden gem. They carry a pretty great selection of toys as well as lots of cute accessories. But what makes it great is the staff - they are helpful, knowledgable, professional and friendly. They made me feel completely at ease asking questions and were totally awesome about unboxing products to show how they look, feel and work. “so we shopped in Ottawa I had no way of getting a thing from there I did not have enough they said when I get enough I can order from Peterborough I said ok asked location finally found it but Ottawa seamed to have more stationary like binders brief cases and so on. “Although very expensive ($60-$80 for jeans) they do have stylish items but the store is expensive and not for someone on a tight budget or looking for some cheap deals. That doesn't mean it's a bad store, but don't be surprised if you get sticker shock. The staff are really nice and help you find what you're looking for”
“This store is amazing and all the stuff in it are too. I just bought Airforces from here and right when we walked in the guy at the front desk greeted us instantly. When we were looking around we asked him to check to see if they have size 11 Airforces and he went to get some instantly. The workers were very chill and I really recommend this store for young teens that are into this decades type of fashion.”

“I am surprised to see low reviews as everytime I go to this location I have the best experience. We went yesterday and I felt like I had my own personal shoppers it was amazing! For someone like me who sometimes has difficulities pairing pieces together I was grateful for all the running around the ladies did even when it got somewhat busy. I am going away to the muskokas this weekend and now have a beautiful new years outfit to take with me! Thankyou ladies for taking the stress out of shopping! I will always shop at this location.”
