“This store has a wide selection of great products with many brands that are unique, new to me and in style. There's a lot to choose from within different price points. Stylish with simple base colours (black, brown, etc.) or fun with unique prints. Staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and quick in providing assistance and giving recommendations. This store tends to have awesome sales with brand names that we know and love! I truly appreciate their social media presence as their focus is more on empowering women, laughing and enjoying their lives and being very open or honest about topics (fashion, style and everyday life moments!). This store has some amazing gift ideas too!”

“I was recently in this business to help my friend pick out an outfit for her son's upcoming wedding. The selection was fabulous, the clothing beautiful, and there is a fairly good range of sizes. The owner, Victoria, was friendly and very helpful in suggesting different items that would look good on my friend. She found a gorgeous outfit and let me tell you the smile on her face was priceless!
While we were there, a disgruntled customer came in, demanding her money back for a service/product - yes I use the word "demanding" on purpose. From what we could hear this person hadn't a leg to stand on. Victoria handled this situation as well as humanly possible. She did not just bow to this person's demands and clearly explained her knowledge of what had happened in the situation. After this person started to say she had "heard this had happened before", she was immediately asked where she had heard it and would not/could not say - which speaks volumes. In the end Victoria proposed a solution that would be fair to everyone involved , however I suspect this person will not be happy with anything, given her attitude.

“I went in not expecting much because I’m a 42 year old female and the store looks like it caters to a younger demographic. I was helped by Lily and she was wonderful. “While I hate the name of this place and was reluctant to go in.....I was so surprised by this hidden gem. They carry a pretty great selection of toys as well as lots of cute accessories. But what makes it great is the staff - they are helpful, knowledgable, professional and friendly. They made me feel completely at ease asking questions and were totally awesome about unboxing products to show how they look, feel and work. Amazing, sex-positive, body-positive space, highly recommend.”

The woman who assisted me on Saturday was super helpful and even shared that RW & Co encourages the customer to get the clothing hemmed to make them fit better for your figure and that they will reimburse you with a gift card (up to $50) per shopping trip. I headed over to Stitch It and was reimbursed the gift card. As someone who is short, this benefits me greatly! Thank you

“The store is very inclusive for ALL customers. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I took the advice of one of the sales staff and was very happy with her recommendations. “Although very expensive ($60-$80 for jeans) they do have stylish items but the store is expensive and not for someone on a tight budget or looking for some cheap deals. That doesn't mean it's a bad store, but don't be surprised if you get sticker shock. The staff are really nice and help you find what you're looking for”

“The 30% off sale sign misled me into buying the most expensive pair of pants in the store. It was directly beside the sign, but obviously was not on sale. No regrets since they're great pants, but disappointed in the sign placement.”
