I’d give zero stars if I could! I had such a bad experience at this store. I’m 29 years old. I go into the store to buy a pack of cigarettes. I show my ID which clearly has my DOB. It’s a valid government ID. The hand manual says - “Any valid Government ID” not “Canadian Government ID ONLY”Because the girl in the counter said - “Oh! This is not a Canadian ID so I can’t give you cigarettes.” I couldn’t wrap my head around it. I stood there trying to talk some sense into her and I said I was here last night. And she said “Oh just last midnight we got an email which said - We can’t sell cigarettes to anyone who doesn’t have a Canadian ID” I’m like you’re kidding me, right?! I even asked to talk to the manager and she says “Manager isn’t here.”Aren’t these kids being given appropriate training?! I’m I being told even if I get my Indian passport as an ID proof, it isn’t valid because it’s not Canadian?! Why isn’t the manager available on floor when a customer is being denied basic rights and services? And also being discriminated for being POC.This is really disappointing. I feel discriminated. I will be filing a formal complaint too with the authorities!

I get a car wash every other day because my logo is on the vehicle I have asked service attendant ten times to replace receipt roll on machine to keep contact less. Every time he promises to do this and every time it is empty of paper I right this off which is kind of hard to do without a receipt u would think during this time of covid that certain protocols would be adhered to and anything the co. Can do they would do to ensure their customers safety!!!

Just got home from there. After saying to her about 10 times the kind of smokes I wanted she still got them wrong. Didnt notice until I opened the pack. At the price of smokes I'm NOT impressed by this. Train your employees for more than just checking id's! Used to like this place but it's gone downhill and so has the area.

kicked me and my service animal out after stating and trying to explain the law that in ontario you have a doctor note for you service animal! never had someone be so ignorant and out me into a bad state i will be contacting managment
