I recently inherited a diamond ring that was resized by Levon. He went over and above, taking the time to carefully ensure a perfect fit. Charlotte’s Jewellers is conveniently located downtown with ample parking at the door. I highly recommend their services!

All the staff were very pleasant and they were able to get my ring resized that day when I asked. The jeweler did a very nice job and even said he could resize it free of charge if there were any issues in the next few weeks regarding the fit.

I’ve always heard about the great service at Charlotte jewellers so when I needed my engagement ring fixed I decided to go there. I had an amazing experience with all the staff and jeweller. He was able to fix my ring so quick for my upcoming vacation.Will be going back for all my jewelry needs!

Highly recommend Charlotte Jewlers. Can't say enough good things about them.Levon and his team spent alot of time with me to help design a custom engagement ring which came out even better than expected.After that great experience I knew we had to go back for our wedding bands. Again the team exceeded expectations. Helping us make a beautiful wedding ring that perfectly fit with the engagement ring, yet still can be worn on its own, and an awesome unique wedding band for me that even has its own hidden diamond.Levon is very honest and will guide you in creating not only a beautiful ring, but a durable and easy to clean ring. The prices are very reasonable as well.Highly recommend!

I came here today after realizing my engagement ring had a little diamond missing on the band. They assured me it could be fixed and even did it on the spot!
